Located in the heart of Amish country, this private home boasts fabulous views, gardens and outdoor decks that will accommodate even the most discerning travelers.
The massive home, while very open in design, can also be easily compartmentalized to provide complete privacy for parties of 2-20 persons (dependent upon your needs), while maintaining complete access to the common areas which include the home theater, gym, wine cellar, huge entertainment room with pool table, dart board, card tables, slot machines and full bar.
The home houses an excellent art collection of originals and signed limit edition works and sculptures by: Salvador Dali, Pino, Antole Krasnyansky, Nano Lopez, Jane Seymour (Yes! That Jane Seymour), Fanch Ledan, Michael Godard, Itzchak Tarkay, Linda LeKinff, Peter Nixon, Emile Bellet and many other world famous artists.
The attached - yet completely isolated, two bedroom, “Guest House” is normally occupied by the house staff and is not included, but can be made available if required; the staff can also be made available for light housekeeping duties, breakfast and bar tending.
The master suite provides a huge bathroom with Jacuzzi bath for two, a separate shower and toilet area as well as a separate walk-in closet. The bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, has it's own fireplace and private deck.
Two additional master bedrooms are equipped with whirlpool baths.
All remaining bedrooms have their own en-suite (except the wine cellar which shares the staff bathroom).
Each room has it's own safe and mini-refrigerator.
In addition to the 7 sleeping areas there are sleeping accommodations for an additional 4 persons by utilizing the futons, sofa beds and bunk beds throughout the house.
The House boasts a complete kitchen and formal dining room with seating for 18! An additional dining area in the guest house can accommodate formal or informal dining for 8 persons, and the kitchen can seat 8-10 persons for casual meals bringing the total 'sit down' dining capacity of the home to more than 30 persons.
Come and relax after your daily activities and play the grand piano (or let it play for you) located in the sun room or read in the solitude of the many available reading "nooks". With a total of seven fireplaces, even the coldest winter days can be enjoyed in comfort.
The house is the perfect 'jumping off point' to explore the Northeast United States, and in fact, Niagara Falls and the Canada border is only a short drive away. Special arrangements can be made for access to the owners 40 foot motor home (and dolly to tow your vehicle) to allow you to expand your travels and explorations along the entire East Coast of the US all the way to Florida if you so desire.
