We have been in love with Nantucket for over 50yrs. going back to High School day, always wanted to have a place here after vacationing for years renting with our children. Now they can all come and enjoy on their own. Our location is great for all ages, the little ones have the calm beach, the older ones take the trans. to surfside and they always walk to town for movies and the juice bar.
Our little community The Stonebarn Homeowners Association has become a family of sorts, watching out for all in all seasons. A short walk to beach or town and transportation at the end of the street are all benefits.

As if the location of this charming cottage wasn't enough, we were blown away by the meticulous surroundings, not generally found in a summer rental! From the brand new kitchen with stainless appliances, beautiful furniture, updated bathrooms, peaceful outdoor sitting area, and decor that made us feel like we were skimming through pages of a beachy travel magazine- it is a Nantucket getaway that went far beyond our expectations. This place truly has it all, and we can't ever imagine renting on the island without being walking distance from our favorite (Jetties) beach, AND downtown ever again! Thank you, to the homeowners, for a trip we won't forget! We can't wait to return this summer!
Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us. It is a beautiful house, on a gorgeous street in the most perfect location! We had a great time at the beach, going shopping, taking walks, and eating way too much ice cream! We will definitely be re-booking for next year.
Our idyllic Nantucket vacation began here. I couldn't believe how lucky we were when we walked through the gate and up the walk! Such a beautiful setting complete with gorgeous hydrangea! The accommodations are bright, tasteful, and full of charm! You feel immediately welcome and yet transported at the same time. A perfect vacation feeling. As a group of 4 adults and 2 young children we were very comfortable. Spacious yard, patio, outdoor shower and dedicated parking spot added to the ease and convenience for us! We hope to come back again and again!!!
