"Relajarse" (Spanish for "Relax") delivers treetop living so you can fully enjoy the beauty of the salt marsh and its wildlife! Timbercreek's screened porch, running the entire length of the sitting area, provides the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or relax during happy hour. Enjoy sunrises and moonrises while watching and listening to the life of the creek.

Inside, Timbercreek's warm hardwoods and beamed ceiling surround you and make the comfy gathering space feel even cozier. The open floor plan flows into the dining area that features a table comfortably accommodating 6. Adjacent is the breakfast bar which provides even more seating. The open kitchen, boasting plenty of granite counter-top space for food prep as well as an under-countertop sink, lets the chef cook and enjoy the group's conversation simultaneously.

This property provides three ample bedrooms on the same level. The master is furnished with a king bed and offers an en suite bath as well as private deck access. The second bedroom affords a queen bed and the third bedroom is equipped with twins. The latter two share a full bath and feature reclaimed wood accents.

The Timbercreek community provides a shared dock on the Creek to put in your kayak (2 provided) and a shared community swimming pool just steps from this rental! This property has wireless internet and includes the use of two golf carts. Bicycles are not guaranteed!

3-night minimum for all stays (7 nights in the SUMMER). SUNDAY is the turnover day for all rentals in the summer. 1K, 1Q, 2Twins, Sleeps 6, 2 Golf Carts

comfy beach condo and peaceful view of the creek
This condo was perfect for our family of 4. The view of the marsh and creek are lovely, enjoyed our morning coffee on the screened in deck each morning. Beach decor was fun. Everything clean and tidy. Unit is very close to the Timbercreek pool for the kids. All easy-peasy. Would go back again!

Noisy tenants above.
Upper unit was noisy. Probably due to lack of Floor insulation. Would rent again if we knew the upper unit was vacant. The unit was very nice with a great view.

Beautiful View
This is a nice condo in the Timbercreek neighborhood, located near the lighthouse. It has a stunning view of the beautiful creek from the living room and screened porch. Ideal for a family +/- a dog. Conveniently located midway between the ferry and the shops / restaurants in the middle of the island. We enjoyed our stay.

Stayed here with my husband and his sister for a little peace and quiet while the adult children and our grandchildren wreaked havoc on a larger place by the beach. The views were lovely and, despite the fact that many units were occupied, it was very quiet (no one upstairs). We chose to join BHI Club for the family, but the pool at TC was never busy. Kitchen was well stocked, including spices. Lots of starter supplies of shampoos, soaps, toilet paper, dw detergent and dish soap, etc. so it seems an earlier review was noted. Because we were between two homes, we actually never even dipped into our own supplies. Thank you for the excess, Nicole. The bed in the primary bedroom was as comfortable as our own. One of those "do I get out of bed?" types in the morning. The rest of the place was very comfortable. Plenty of space for the three of us. Disappointed that the marsh access closest to us was being rebuilt, but no fault of the owner. Has to happen during someone's stay. Communication with Nicole was terrific and timely. Highly recommend.

This property was perfect for our family vacation. We had four teenagers and they loved riding the bikes and hanging out at the pool. The location was great. Our dogs had a great time at the dog park right across the street. The house was clean and had all the things we needed. Sitting on the screened porch in the morning and evening watching the sun rise and set was lovely. Can't wait to go back!
