About Tina Hartley
Ceramic artist with two border collies (Heureux and Chevre whose names mean Happy and Goat.) Being a host fulfills a long-term goal. I've done my fair share of traveling and used that insight to make sure the space caters to all travelers.
Tina Hartley purchased this Apartment in 2016
Why Tina Hartley chose North Park Hill
My home is quiet, serene and a great place to live. It's proximity to major thoroughfares, the city and the airport make it an easy place to set up your home base as you explore the area. I bought this home to renovate the basement t to become a stand-alone apartment. Denver is a metropolitan city, no longer a cow town. We have excellent business opportunities, an entrepreneurial spirit and the people here are laid back and health-oriented.
What makes this Apartment unique
Private entrance, private gate and walkway, and your own front porch with a glider. The huge back yard is made for hanging out and watching the dogs play.

Tina (and the dogs) are wonderful hosts. The space was perfect for our needs. We look forward to returning when next we are in Denver
We had a lovely stay at Tina’s property. The apartment is spacious, spotless, and has all the amenities you could need including to go coffee cups which we appreciated for our early mornings. The two pups were so sweet and well behaved! Finally, Tina was an excellent host who was quick to offer restaurant suggestions and loan us her car scraper when we realized our rental didn’t have one! She also worked around our flight times which we really appreciated. All in all 5 out of 5 stars!
Some Restaurants we would recommend that are close by are: Tables for a nice meal, blue pan pizza was amazing as was the ice cream shop across the street from it, los Chingones for Mexican and snooze for breakfast/brunch
Great communication. Sparkling living space with so many extras. Strongly recommended.
Mark and Pam were exceptional guests and I really enjoyed hosting them. They left the space neat and clean and were great communicators. I highly recommend them.
This house was very nice, clean and comfortable. Tina has thought of everything. I would love to stay again when I go back to Denver.
Tina was my most amazing guest ever! Besides being quiet and considerate, and following all house rules, she was instrumental in helping me deal with a late-night weather-related flood in the basement bedroom. I am so very grateful for her choosing to stay at my home.
Happy with Happy Goat
Tina’s place is clean and quiet. The kitchen is well-stocked, and Tina is available for anything you need. We enjoyed the fenced-in backyard and the friendly dogs, Heureux and Chevre. We will return!
Great guests. Enjoyed socializing with them. Left the space neat and clean. Were quiet and considerate and my dogs loved them. Hope they come back soon.
Mile high visit
Chose this place for proximity to Museum for the DaVinci exhibit. We were able to walk to museum via nice neighborhood with lots of trees and interesting homes. The location is easy to find and close to a multitude of shopping and restaurants.
Loved having you as my guests. Thank you for choosing the Happy Goat Retreat.
