Ground floor: Large living room of 60 m 2 with open kitchen fully equipped, dining area overlooking the terrace, and lounge area with flat screen TV, sofas, ..., 2 bedrooms of 12 m2 with a large bed + storage each, a bathroom with bath and double basin, a separate toilet.
1st floor: 1 bedroom of 16 m2 with 2 bunk beds, a pull-out bed and a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, double sink and toilet.
Covered terrace of 30 m2 with garden furniture and barbecue. The terrace can be closed in winter and you can benefit from a space free from the extra cold.
Swimming pool 12 x 5 covered off summer season, heated from April 1 to October 31 (23 ° minimum), fenced and secured by alarm, ping pong table, children's games and petanque to share only with another rental.

Super séjour, location au top !

Très bon séjour, belle maison au milieu des vignes avec une superbe piscine. Propriétaire disponible et accessible qui nous ont réservé un très bon accueil. Commerces, restaurants, boulangeries à proximité . Je recommande vivement l’arbousier !

Séjour très agréable à l´arbousier

Séjour très agréable entre amis passé dans la résidence de l’arbousier, très bon accueil et cuisine ainsi que maison très bien équipées. Quelques petits bémols tels que le chemin qui mène l’accès à la maison n’est pas très entretenus (trous, terre et mauvaises herbes), ainsi que les toilettes non fixés mais les propriétaires ont signalé qu’ils répareraient dès que possible. Nous conseillons cette résidence, au milieu des vignes et de la forêt, que ce soit en famille ou entre amis.

Génial !

La maison est isolée de la route, donc pas de pollution sonore ce qui est un grand plus; néanmoins elle est à proximité du village ce qui est très confortable pour les accès aux supermarchés. Florence nous a accueillit à notre guise (nous arrivions tard dans la soirée, mais cela n'a pas posé de problème: nous avons fait l'état des lieux au petit matin), de plus, une bouteille de rosé nous attendait: elle n'a pas fait long feu :) En conclusion : nous recommandons ce lieu où nous avons eu une excellente expérience!
