About the property

Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)

This spacious 2-bedroom end-unit condominium sits on the twelfth hole of the deluxe Meadow Lake Resort. Golf till you drop, soak in the private hot tub, or simply relax on the private patio and watch the golfers go by.

The living room features an extremely comfortable long leather couch and a versatile hide-a-bed. When you have additional guests, pull over the reclining, swiveling, rolling dining room chairs. This condo features over 1200 square feet all on one spacious level. Why climb stairs on vacation??

The master bedroom has a huge walk-in closet with plenty of space for your baby's Pak-N-Play. Double sinks, a huge tub, and separate shower provide lots of room for Mom and Dad to get ready for the day. Enjoy a brand new king-sized bed with a tempurpedic-style foam mattress. Watch a flat-screen high definition TV from your comfy bed.

The unit features an oversized washer and dryer in the main floor laundry. Lounge chairs for the deck are provided, as well as a high chair for young guests. Eat on the deck during the beautiful Montana summer at a comfortable outdoor table and chairs shaded by a large market umbrella and surrounded by majestic pines.

Take a day trip to magnificent Glacier Park, the Columbia Falls Water-slide, or Marina Cay in beautiful Bigfork.

Owner/husband loves the summer, but owner/wife is a snow-lover. A 20-30 minute drive will bring you to world-famous Big Mountain in Whitefish, Montana for a day of skiing and fun in the snow, followed by a relaxing evening in front of your gas fireplace or soaking in your private hot tub under the stars.

About Cathy Kelley

Doug and I were born and raised in Montana, living in Helena, Sunburst, Missoula, and the Flathead Valley. At the age of 50+, we moved to California, and are currently living and pastoring a church in south central Los Angeles. We love our work, but our Meadow Lake home lets us keep a small foothold in our home state. When we have had it with traffic, smog, and crime, a short trip to Meadow Lake sends us back refreshed.

Cathy Kelley purchased this condo in 2007

What makes this condo unique

We love the seasons at Meadow Lake. After living in California for 12 years, we have learned to recognize that there really are seasons in southern California, but you have to look for them. Some people say that Montana has four seasons: June, July, August, and winter, but we don't think that is totally accurate! Our active children love skiing at Big Mountain during the winter, swimming at Flathead Lake during the summer, and hiking year round. Doug and I love the changing view out of our condo living room window, as we read and rest by the fire!

Guestbook comments from the owner

Very nice, clean, well stocked, and organized. We really enjoyed out stay - everyone had a great time. Used the golf cart for a round - nice touch having that available. Hot tub, deck, quiet, location, scenery - GREAT PLACE! Thanks to Doug and Cathy for their care and attention to detail.

Columbia Falls getaway

  • 4 of 5

This is a very pleasant place to stay, within pretty easy driving range to Glacier Park. Good privacy, quiet, good kitchen facilities. A little weak on housekeeping details (small towels, no DW soap) but very helpful neighbors who helped us with some travel details.

I would definitely stay there again. The owners were very easy to deal with. Not fancy, but exactly what was advertised.

Felt like home!

  • 5 of 5

Wonderful condo with everything we needed. Such a beautiful area. Owner was very responsive. The hot tub stopped heating so she compensated us for not being able to use it. Very generous! We would definitely stay here again. Felt like home!

Perfect location for Glacier National Park

  • 5 of 5

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Meadow Lake. Although we didn't spend much time at the condo, it was the perfect place to unwind and rest after a day of hiking or fishing. We would definitely recommend it and would reserve again upon our return.

Lovely home, great location, wonderful neighborhood

  • 4 of 5

Perfect place to stage trips in and out of Glacier Park for 3 ladies. The neighborhood is clean, quite, and easy access to stores and activities. The home was clean, beds comfortable, the hot tub a pleasure after hiking. Plenty of kitchen supplies, games and books, 3 TV's and we enjoyed the 2 bikes one early morning around the area. I would use this home again, as long as 2 beds are enough ( two of us shared the king ). I would give it a 5 star, but the open master bathroom was a little awkward. We rent a lot of homes, this one worked out great!

Very nice.

  • 4 of 5

We had a great time while staying in our condo. The weather was great and it was beautiful The only bad thing was that the Going to the Sun Road stayed closed during our whole time there! Bummer! But we had a great time anyway. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us.

Fantastic place to stay in a beautiful part of the world

  • 5 of 5

It sounds like I'm overstating this, but the condominium was perfect for 4 people. Everything we needed, and comforts we didn't think of, were there. Doug and Cathy have stocked the place with everything for total comfort. Bedrooms, kitchen, garage, hot tub, bicycles- everything you would want from home is already there. Spacious, clean, conveniently located. Short drive to Whitefish, Kalispell or into Glacier National Park. Cathy promptly returned calls and/or emails. And it is located in one of the most beautiful areas- just west of Glacier NP. I will absolutely return to this condo given the opportunity to visit there again. I highly recommend it.
