Once called Halicarnassus of Caria, the city is known for housing the Mausoleum of Mausolus, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. I was so fortunate to find this perfect place to stay in Turkey. Convenient to everything, the property is clean and well-kept. I enjoyed being able to walk or scooter to everything - the sea was close, as was the weekly market for wonderful produce and goods. You cannot go wrong staying here.
