The master bedroom has a bathroom suite, screened terrace with lounge chairs looking onto the pool & Gulf of Mexico. The 2nd bedroom, situated at opposite end has full bathroom, 2 twin beds (or 1 King) and enclosed terrace and outdoor seating area. Spacious eat-in kitchen with outdoor seating for al fresco dining; large living room plus formal dining room. Cable television in both bedrooms and LR. Washer/dryer in unit.

The NEWLY RENOVATED Savoy boasts: 24hr security, private beach access, 2 tennis courts/sun decks/barbecue areas/pool and jacuzzi/brand new gym/recreation room/business center. Pool area has ice machine, gazebo, bathrooms and shower. Beach is 50 feet away. We are close to shopping, golf, marina, and dining.
Rental application process : Once you decide you want to rent the apartment: I send you an application which must be approved by the condo association (this is routine and no one has ever been turned down). The board meets on the 1st Monday of each month so the process requires some time so you should account for that in your schedule. For example, if you want to rent the apartment in May, you should file your papers at 30 days in advance. The board and I will notify you of the approval.
The rental fee for the apartment is whatever is agreed upon for that month in addition to 10% tourist tax and a $500.00 deposit.
Once you are approved, I send you a finalized copy of the contract. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact me.
A beautiful building in a prime location. Our family spent time there last Christmas and it could not have been more perfect. The condo is quite comfortable. Anything you need is probably there. The pool is great and the beach just a few steps away. We especially enjoyed the large terrace which has barbecues and a built in kitchen. We have a large family so it gave us a perfect place to host large dinners. I would recommend this rental...the owner is so pleasant and easy to work with. If you are looking for something other than pool or beach time there are some great shops and restaurants within walking distance.
Oh....and I'm not sure it was part of the rental contract but we were provided with the most unbelievably beautiful weather!
Ideally located in a swanky building, this 3rd floor unit was comfortable, roomy and fully equipped with all the comforts of your own home. The private cabana down by the pool and hot tub was incredible, and where we started every morning and ended each afternoon with the sun setting. We enjoyed grilling out by the tennis courts, watching the sunset from our balcony and walking across the street to Venetian Village for a little shopping, a little boating and yummy restaurants. The Savoy staff was top-notch, and the homeowner is helpful and accomodating in every way - it was a pleasure to interact with her. Our family enjoyed it, and we recommend you give it a try if you're looking for a perfect location on Gulf Shore Blvd. N. in gorgeous Naples, FL!
We rented this apartment for 3 years in a row from 2005-2006-2007. The apartment is very clean, well-furnished and cozy and the building is located ON THE BEACH. Owner provided all necessities and was very accessible.
We rented the pool-side cabana in addition to the apartment and found it very convenient - we liked having our private bathroom & shower and it was nice to be able to eat down by the pool.
The building is state of the art with gym, rec-room, pool, tennis, spa, jacuzzi, roof terrace to watch the sunset.
We have been very happy here and the building residents are very friendly/
