Mountain cabin nestled 30 feet from 25-foot-wide babbling Hominy Creek for a romantic getaway for two or quiet retreat for one. Outdoor living at its finest when gazing upon and listening to the amazing sounds of the creek from a 50-foot covered porch overlooking creek. A porch made for relaxation, reading, communing with nature, and water-jet massage with its hot tub (hot tub robes provided during your stay,) two swings, rocking chairs, coffee table, and bench. Uncovered deck directly off the porch is closer to the creek and has a gas grill and a bistro table and chairs (outdoor dining area #1) to enjoy morning coffee/tea and breakfast. There are two additional dining areas with picnic tables. A hammock near the creek is a great place to nap. Large outdoor fire pit for fire gazing, roasting hot dogs, and marshmallows with the sounds of the creek in the background. The cabin is an open concept plan with a three-sided glass gas log fireplace you can view from the living area and the bedroom area. The cabin also includes chaise lounge chair, full size couch, desk, flat screen Smart TV, dining table and chairs, full kitchen stocked with all equipment needed to make a gourmet meal, including an automatic drip coffee maker, K-cup/pod coffee maker, and coffee grinder, log queen bed, dresser, chair, second flat screen Smart TV in bedroom area, closet, and full bathroom with large walk-in shower and dressing table, Spectrum basic cable, and Spectrum high speed internet. The cabin driveway and parking area are flat with easy access during all seasons. Pet-friendly allowing dog fur babies! There is contactless check-in and check-out. A lock box is used for property access. We pay very special attention to cleaning and hope that you will notice our efforts.
We are located 16 miles west of downtown Asheville, 5 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway at Mount Pisgah, 17 miles from the Biltmore House & Gardens, and 22 miles from the Asheville Regional Airport. Your favorite activities are nearby if you decide to leave the cabin!

Mountains-to-the-Sea trail is less than 5 miles from cabin intersecting Pisgah Hwy (Hwy 151) & Blue Ridge Parkway at Milepost 405. Many other trails can be accessed from the Blue Ridge Parkway.
