It is so quiet and feels like you are sleeping in the trees.
The house is very restful and easy to live in
Thanks so much for sharing your house with us. The location is incredible. We loved how comfortable it was and what the area afforded in terms of experiences. It was the best part of our trip. We will be back.
My husband and I loved our stay!!! I will be requesting to rent this cabin again next summer!
It was quite and beautiful! The cabin was spacious and clean. I could not find one thing to complain about!!
This location is awesome. Quiet, serene and great get away. House was clean, well equipped with all you need. Just remember no internet or cell. Perfect getaway and believe me you will not miss TV or Internet. Thanks for the wonderful stay.
This was a really nice place to stay. It was cute and quaint. We had everything we needed and we were plenty despite the snow storm that had blasted Colorado the previous day. We could get to everything easily within driving distance. The only thing is I would remind anyone coming here in the winter months is that this is Colorado and snow storms do happen so you need to be cognizant of that and plan accordingly with your vehicle. We have a small car and did not think to get chains or cables for it. Needless to say we could not make it up to the top of the street where the house is located because we would slide down every time. Luckily we were able to park at the end of the cul de sac and lug our luggage and ice chests up the street (which is about a football field in length). But if you are prepared that should not be a problem. This place was very comfortable and we would certainly come back, although better prepared.
The place worked great for my "mini mom vacation". Loved the fact that I could bring my dogs along with me. Thanks again!
This cabin was as advertised although I would probably call it a 2 bedroom as the area down the stairs is more like a common area. It also was really cold 42 when we arrived and it seemed to take about 24 hrs to warm up to 68 degrees. Now it was really cold and there was a snow storm that weekend and the place has beautiful high ceilings which all factors into the difficulty warming up the house. It was clean and there was an adorable labradoodle next door that would greet you whenever he was outside and he would also leave you alone if you asked him!
This is a terrific rental. It's a unique property that is quiet but yet close to downtown Pagosa Springs. It's clean, well maintained and comfortable. I went there for a "guys" weekend, but I would also highly recommend it for families, particularly small children.
