Open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room with bi-fold doors to sun terrace and garden, 4 bedrooms (2 en-suite), parking for 2 cars and surfboard store.

Ocean Breeze is a fantastic 4 bedroom home with stunning sea, beach and rural views from the large terrace and balconies. The open plan and well equipped kitchen/dining/living area and lovely finishing touches give a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere from the moment you step inside.To the ground floor double doors lead into the open plan kitchen/dining/living area with bi-folding doors opening out onto the extensive terrace and enclosed garden. A twin bedroom and cloakroom are also located on the ground floor. The first floor provides a master bedroom with en-suite shower room and large balcony with stunning views overlooking Woolacombe beach and the sea beyond. Also on the first floor is a contemporary family bathroom and a bunk bed room with double bed and single over which is ideal for children. On the second floor there is a double bedroom with super king size bed that can be unzipped into twin beds if required and en-suite shower room. From this bedroom french doors open onto a small balcony enjoying beautiful rural and sea views.Outside there is dedicated off road parking for 2 vehicles with steps (with handrail and security lighting) leading down to the entrance to the property. With access from the living area there is a large terrace and lawned garden with shed for secure storage of bikes/surfboards. An outside tap is provided for washing off wetsuits and sandy feet! There is a path at the bottom of the garden to the footpath leading through the Church car park to the road. This provides easy access for walking to the beach for those with surfboards.
