Travertine stairs with LED lights lead to the first floor where there is a double bedroom with views overlooking Croyde towards Baggy Point and the sea. The master bedroom also has lovely views to Baggy Point and benefits from a dressing room with ample storage and contemporary en-suite shower room. There is also a fourth bedroom which is arranged as a twin bedroom. The family bathroom has both seperate shower and bath with attractive LED lighting. Outside there is driveway parking for one car and unrestricted street parking to the front of the property. There is a secure garage for storing bikes/boards and wetsuits which is also accessible from the rear garden. There is use of a gas BBQ.
