Well-equipped kitchen, dining area and living room connect through French doors to large deck, with gas grill, overlooking the Pines. A balcony off lovely master bedroom has distant views of Corn Hill. Wireless internet access. Very close to both ocean and choice bay beaches — walk or ride a bike to Corn Hill Beach. This house is convenient to everything, but has privacy and quiet.
Here’s one renter’s perfect day: breakfast on the deck. Down the road to Corn Hill Beach. Swim, sun, read and relax, and then grab your kayak to go past the Pamet Harbor up the beautiful Pamet River at mid to high tide. Then over to one of the many ocean-side beaches for some boogie boarding, at lower tide. Back to the house - an outdoor shower and a cup of ice tea or wine and relaxing. Grill dinner, or go out to local Truro restaurant Blackfish Grill (great food and if they're booked they do take-out - have a cocktail at the bar while you wait for the food!). Watch the sunset at Corn Hill Beach, or from the deck at the house or out on the Parabolic Dunes with Art's Dune Tours out of P-town. Or attend a play at W.H.A.T. (Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theater), or stay home and relax.
Or . . . .
Wake up and have breakfast on the deck. Take the nature walk at Pilgrim Springs or The Pamet Trails. Go body-surfing and sunbathing at Head of the Meadow Beach. Back at home, take an outdoor shower, and have a nap! Then off to Provincetown for a gallery night at Provincetown's dozens of art galleries, or the PAAM (Provincetown Art Association Museum), looking at art, enjoying a glass of wine and seeing an incredible sunset over Provincetown Harbor! Eat dinner at Cafe Edwige, The Mews, Russo's, Napi's, Joon, Mojo's (great clam stand at the harbor) or the small food court on Commercial St. with picnic tables overlooking the harbor. Then people-watching and browsing in the shops on Commercial Street. See a film at one of P-town's 2 movie theaters or catch a Live Revue! Leave the 'Carnivale' of Provincetown and head back to quiet, starry-skied Truro (>10 minute drive) and relax on the deck star-gazing. Then head up to bed as the night stars and breezes come through the skylights!
