Very affordable, comfortable home in a lovely location

  • 5 of 5

Our family of 8 seniors had plenty of room, and enjoyed being able to eat together. Dan suggested we put together our own lobster feast. The well-equipped kitchen worked out well. Good idea! From this central location, we spent one day exploring Cape Cod and another on an excellent prearranged tour of the Boston area.

Wonderful Spacious House with a Gorgeous View

  • 5 of 5

We stayed in this house with my sister and her family. All together there were 9 people. Plenty of room for sleeping. There was also enough space at the table for all of us to eat together and play games. The kids were able to walk across the street to a little beach. The neighbors were very friendly which is also an added bonus. We biked the cape cod canal which was a 5 minute drive away, spent time at the beach, went parasailing on the cape and drove into Boston during our stay. The location is the perfect place between Boston and Cape Cod if you are looking to do both. I highly recommend this house!

Great location, great house!!

  • 5 of 5

Location is perfect and view is beautiful!! Kids LOVED walking right across the front yard and playing in the water. Close to town and so much more. We had a fantastic time just exploring the whole area! House is quite large and has tons of sleeping space. Kids each had their own rooms (which was awesome when it came to getting kids to bed at night). House is very well stocked with dishes, supplies, linens, etc. We had a fabulous vacation and can't wait to go back!!!

Terrific house

  • 5 of 5

This house was great. We had several people flying in for my daughter's wedding and this was the perfect place for the guests to stay. Great location, wonderful view. A few of the guests walked into to town since it is not that far. Nice quiet road which was nice for any small children. Spacious rooms and good parking. Would definitely recommend this house.

Relaxing stay at the great location

  • 5 of 5

The house is large, in good conditions. It has everything to accommodate a large amount of people. A magnificent view on the bay, a nice, quiet area. For those who love swimming and riding boat it’s just a perfect place to be. The location is great, it’s close to everything. The only inconvenience was the absence of bathroom on the second floor, but we considered it a minor problem. We’ll definitely come again.

Lovely waterfront stay

  • 5 of 5

I have stayed at this house for three years with a marine science class. The house is incredibly well set up for a group - well stocked kitchen, plenty of bedding, towels, comfortable rooms with many different potential configurations, and lots of fun outdoors stuff provided. There's quite a lot of space to spread out and for different members of a group to do their own thing. The bay directly across the quiet street is easy and pleasant for kayaking. Access to the Cape over the Bourne bridge is minutes away, and it's only an hour into Boston for a day there. I'm strongly considering going back in the summer with family since I think it would suit all sorts of ages.
