Spacious, modern 4 bedroom apartment - RATES VARY ACCORDING TO NUMBER OF GUESTS

We have been successfully letting our properties since 2003. The 'Las Pergolas'' apartments are now ''THE'' place to stay.The building is stylish & modern & has wheelchair access. The apartment is south/west facing with a very sunny balcony which has sun until sunset. SAT.TV (Free channels) - Large Flat Screen TV - Full AIR-CONDITIONING & 100MB Wi-Fi available. The kitchen is fully fitted & well equipped for those who wish to cater for themselves. Laundry area with automatic machine & tumble dryer. Master bedroom has en-suite bathroom, is furnished with double bed & has access to the balcony; all other bedrooms have twin beds. Both bathrooms have baths & showers. The large pool is set in landscaped gardens & has a separate kiddies pool, there is a large terrace by the pool with sun loungers provided. AIRPORT TRANSFER.: Your options are -

TRAIN - costing less than 3 Euros per person, trains leave the airport every 20 minutes, journey time is 25 minutes and the walk from the station to the apartment is an easy one. Detailed directions provided to help you locate the property.

TAXI - cost approx. 35 Euros. Always available in front of the arrivals hall.

AIRPORT PICK UP - We can also arrange for you to be met at the airport and taken to the apartment - charge applies depending on group size - please ask us for more details.

The apartment has easy access to the A7, which takes you to all the major attractions and golf courses on the Costa del Sol. If you have a hire car there is a designated underground parking place with a lift to the apartment. Although with everything you need so close to the apartment A CAR IS NOT NECESSARY.

IDEAL LOCATION. Los Boliches centre, where you will find banks/cash points, chemist, post office etc is less than 10 mins walk, and just around the corner there is a large supermarket, all making life easy and therefore your stay enjoyable.

THE BEACH and promenade with all its tapas bars, restaurants and shops is a very easy 500 mts walk. The location is perfect for anyone who wants forget about driving and enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. Many of the bars offer entertainment, with either cabaret or large screen televisions showing the important sporting event of the day.

ATTRACTIONS.: There are many attractions within easy reach of ‘Las Pergolas’. ‘Selwo’ Safari Park 45 min. Tivoli World (fun fair) 20 min. ‘Sea life’ with dolphin show 20 min. Fuengirola Zoo 10 min. A cable car to the top of the mountain with breathtaking 360º views 15 mins. ‘Parque Aquatico’ (water park) 15 min. The largest weekly street market on the Costa del Sol is 10 min walk. During the summer months many artists and performers exhibit their work on the promenade making this a very lively place for an evening stroll.

Puerto Banus with its designer shopping and busy nightlife the place to see and be seen. 25 min

Marbella again famous for its restaurants and clubs, the holiday choice of royalty and film stars 20 min.

Malaga City is well worth a visit day or night and is easily reached by train from Los Boliches, the train terminates in the heart of Malaga. Malaga is full of history that can be seen via an open top city bus. Join the bus just outside of the train station in Malaga.

Benalmadena & Arroy de la miel are easily reached on the train - visit the theme park 'Tivoli World' or see the dolphin shows.

Why Jackie Hay chose West Costa del Sol

We understand how important your holiday is so we chose this apartment because of it's ideal location, minutes from the beach and town center and the south west facing balcony which has sun from morning until sunset. The building is very well maintained and the apartment is spacious, modern and fully equipped. Quick and economical transfer from the airport on the train. Trains leave the airport every 20 minutes, journey time is 30 minutes and the walk from the station to the property is an easy one. Timetable provided when booking.

We stayed at apt 2B for 2 weeks and Jackie was the perfect host. The apt is only 5 min walk from the beach and also has nice pool in the apt complex.

Easy access with bus stop 1 min away. We would like to come back next time we have vacation in Fuengirola. Thank you Jackie for making our holiday a great one!!

Lovely spacious clean appartment with good near to the town, beach and lots of bars & restaurants

Spent 7 days at this spacious property, near to bars restaurants , supermarket & beach, near to station . The apartment was very clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Only negatives were that the apartment was a little tired in places and the pool didn't open until 12 mid- day.

Clean and Comfortable

This apartment is in a more residential area but not far from the beach and restaurants etc. The bedrooms are on the small side but everything was clean and comfortable. My daughter booked this apartment as a surprise for my birthday and there were 8 adults and one 2 year old. We had a wonderful time and the pool area which is hardly mention in the information about the apartment was lovely. We didn't eat in apart from toast for breakfast but everything is there if you want to eat in. The only reason I have not given 5 stars was that on reading the details when I was told where we were going it said air conditioning and wi-fi I didn't see anything that said there would be extra charges and I would have liked to have known this beforehand. Having said that we used the aircon and it was great and not too expensive. The wi fi however we did think was expensive and therefore didn't bother with it. It is only these charges that would put me off from hiring this apartment for a long let in the winter because other than that it has everything! I would recommend this apartment for families who want to be together.

Short two week Christmas holiday

The booking agent Jackie was excellent. Well done. The flat was good and large and suited us well as a family. There was good disabled access for my mum and the parking provided was excellent. However the electrical items like the washing machine, TV and controls as well as some of the furniture and fittings either don't work or are getting tired and in need of replacement. The flat has a good balcony where we enjoyed the sun and is within easy walking distance of the beach, shops and other amenities. We enjoyed a good holiday. Thanks.

Practically perfect location and letting agent

Great apartment, lovely and clean and good location just a short walk from the beach and sea front restaurants and equally far enough away not to get disturbed by excessive sea front noise. Rare for me to give a 5 star rating, as the holiday has to be practically perfect, but on this occasion justified as Jackie found a way of putting us up for an extra night when our flight was delayed by a day.

fantastic apartment!!!

The apartment is in a fantastic location, close to beach, shops and local bars and restaurants. It's like a home from home inside. Everything you could want or need on holiday.

The ceiling fans were a godsend! No need for air conditioning all the time.

Only downside is the balcony, which during the afternoon was in full sunshine so could benefit from an awning.

Other than that a perfect place to stay and thanks to Jackie for all the useful tips and very smooth rental.

Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful apartment

Clean, comfortable spacious accommodation in a central location, ideal for our family holiday. Uncomplicated booking and Jackie was very helpful. Will recommend to our friends and hopefully book for the Feria in October 2014

Los Boliches is a lively beach side town situated on the eastern boundary of Fuengirola. There is a daily produce market, high street/ beach front tourist shopping. The largest street market on the coast is nearby. The apartments are just 500 meters from the beach and Promenade where you can take a stroll and rest a while in one of the many 'Churingitos' (beach bars). The beaches are sandy, well maintained and have sun loungers and parasols for hire, along with pedal boats, jet skis etc. The restaurants in the area cater for all tastes serving everything from snacks to full a La Carte menus. There is easy access to the main A7 and E15 toll road for those who wish to explore Andalucia. Golf is one of the great attractions of the coast there are over 40 courses within easy reach of the apartment... GOLFERS - NO DESIGNATED DRIVERS REQUIRED. Leave the car in the evenings and walk to the entertainment/restaurants.


The apartment has secure underground parking for 2 cars and very easy access to the N340 & A7 road network which takes you to all the golf courses. A host of restaurants and bars with entertainment are all within easy walking distance of the apartment so the cars can be left in the evening.
