Those that are in the KNOW vacation at quiet 'West Beach'. This villa is approximately one mile from the Hwy. 59 and the Beach Road (Hwy. 182) Intersection. This town home is close to all 'The Happenings' (restaurants; movie theaters; shopping centers; outlets; grocery markets; golf courses; etc.), but at the same time, it is away from the construction and busy four lane traffic.

Yes, this gorgeous town home is only across the two lanes West Beach Road from the breathtaking sugar white beaches of Gulf Shores Alabama that everyone is raving over. This is a deeded beach access, not public but private. In the center courtyard are the well maintained Beautiful Crystal blue Pool and the Tennis Courts. There is a Pool House with seating for card games or plenty of room to cool off while watching the children swim. You will be in awe of the beautiful Tropical grounds. Take advantage of the fabulous West Beach safe area to enjoy walking, jogging, or bicycle riding. Or just to go shelling along the beach.

Keep in mind that this town home is a second home and has all the special extras not found in a rental unit. Once you spend time here you will want to definitely return time and time again to this vacation haven. Words cannot do this town home justice. Seeing believes.

On the first level the kitchen, living area, full bath, and two large balcony decks are located. For your enjoyment, the large balcony off the Living Area has a large round wicker table with chairs w/comfortable padded cushions. Additional seating with convenient end tables is positioned for your satisfaction. It is perfect for outdoor dining or socializing. Listen to the soothing sound of the outdoor fountain located on the wall of this deck and balcony.

There are large ten feet wide glass patio doors that open to this balcony from the Living Area for you to enjoy the view. The 2nd large deck and balcony off the main entrance also has a large round table with chairs. While watching the beautiful Gulf Coast sunset relax and enjoy a glass of wine, a Margarita; or a specialty drink, to blend into the Island Scene. You have a perfect view of the fireworks during the special events when they are scheduled on the Island. This large balcony deck is perfect for early risers to enjoy their morning coffee - so peaceful and tranquil ---.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything imaginable to be a gourmet cook. Yes, all the thinkable gadgets and then some; pots and pans galore; blenders; coffee maker; crock pot; large seafood boiling pots; iron skillets; cookie sheets; etc. You have all the dishes; utensils; silverware, any crowd could want with extras left over.

This town home is newly decorated and painted --- 'CLEAN - CLEAN - CLEAN'! The Living Area has a sleeper sofa and two recliners to lounge around and watch TV or movies. The Dining Area has a large glass table with five chairs as well as four bar stools for additional seating. A high chair is available for your use.

The Upstairs offers an extra-large Master Bedroom with a King Size Bed. The Master has large top view windows that reach all the way from the top of the extra ten feet wide sliding glass doors to the top of the high vaulted ceiling. These sliding glass doors open to the balcony deck on the second floor that offers a breathtaking Lagoon water view. This is perfect to watch the sunrise.

The extra-large Master Bathroom has a bath/shower combination with a skylight to heighten your mood. Get lost in time after a stress free day at the beach or pool. This king size bed is extra comfortable with its matching dresser and two night stands. The second bedroom also has its own private bathroom with shower. This bedroom is furnished with a double size bed and a set of bunk beds with nightstand w/drawers.

Enjoy the extra nice propane BBQ Grill that is located on the bottom patio level of this town home. You have room to park two vehicles lengthwise under the covered car port with additional parking available in the driveway off the street to this unit, no need to worry about parking passes.

Snowbird Paradise

We had an amazing experience staying in this comfortable condo with convenient beach access. Just a short walk across the street to clean beaches, clear water and beautiful sunsets. Alicia and Sheila couldn't have been nicer and worked hard to find the perfect place for us. King size bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Very friendly neighborhood - we loved every minute!

Great Little Gulf Shores Condo

We couldn't ask for more. We had the max capacity of eight people staying and we never felt crowded. The main floor had a nice spacious and open feel with a great view through the glass sliding doors right outside to the balcony. The three shaded balconies had sufficient furniture and privacy. We ate outside on the balcony for every meal we cooked. Everything that you would ever need was provided in the very accommodating kitchen and baths. Inside, the decorations and furniture made you feel like you were at the beach. The whole place was nice quality, well kept, and very clean.

The pool and tennis were convenient and we were about the only people who were using them the whole week. The location was great; it is slightly off the main strip so there was added privacy and less passing traffic. Even though it's not right on the beach, it was a very quick walk to the white sandy beaches and a short car ride to restaurants and bars near by. The neighbor living on the other side of the duplex was very nice and friendly, but mostly kept to himself.

I couldn't ask for more when working with the property owners, Alicia and Sheila. They were both very nice and very prompt in their responses to my inquiries.

I would highly recommend staying here.

What a great place to stay!!! Everything was wonderful!! The pictures does not do this condo justice. The condo was very nice, well kept and had everything you could possible need to cook any meal. The owner was very nice to work with. The location is great, just a little walk to the beach. We took 6 teenages on this trip, they all loved it!!! This would definitely be a place we would come back to.

Any family with children would have a great time here. The pool and tennis court was really nice for us all. We have been to Gulf Shores several times and this is by far the best place we have stayed!!
