In an ideal setting for a complete change of scenery, this gîte of character built from Saint Jean bricks is situated in a typically Norman farm building.

The gîte adjoins the main building, located in the heart of nature, and its interior architecture is traditional with exposed beams. It is equipped with all modern facilities such as Internet access, a directly south-facing terrace looking onto a private garden, a barbecue and garden furniture.

A short walk from the Caumont farm, a private wood (le Saleu) is available for walking, horse riding, mountain biking or even trout fishing (with a permit). The Scie river passes a few 100 metres from the gîtes.

Situated 20 minutes from Dieppe, with its maritime, cultural and seaside attractions.

The nearest beaches of the côte d'Albâtre are just 15 km away (Pourville s/mer). Rouen, known as the Town of a Hundred Steeples, is 45 km away.
