This townhouse was completely remodeled and decorated with all new furnishings in 2003! A brand new gourmet kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, all stainless appliances, recessed lighting and custom cabinetry. The three full bathrooms include natural stone tile, new lighting and custom vanities. The deluxe master bathroom has a spacious shower, vaulted ceilings and a jetted 3-person jacuzzi tub which looks out into the Gore Range and a hillside of evergreen trees. The kitchen, dining and living rooms have new rustic hickory hardwood floors and the bedrooms are finished with berber carpet.
For those who need to stay in touch during their vacation, your rental includes high speed broadband cable and a wireless router.
This is a rare find in Vail because it is very private and secluded adjacent to National Forest with mountain views yet the bus stop for the town of Vail shuttle is directly across the street! Vail Mountain is less than a 10 minute free shuttle ride on the Town of Vail shuttle which comes by every 20 minutes. With over 1800 square feet of space and bedrooms on different levels, this unit has the privacy not offered by most rental units. High vaulted ceilings with ceiling fans, three full bathrooms, three large bedrooms, and a cozy loft, make this townhouse ideal for couples or a family with children. The property backs to National Forest and is nestled among tall evergreens. The unit is equipped with top of the line kitchen amenities, furnishings, down comforters and pillows, flannel sheets, and big fluffy towels. Decorated as a mountain home rather than a rental property, you will feel as if you are in your own vacation home.
We really enjoyed staying in this home! The layout of this half duplex and the amenities allowed for everyone to have their personal space (3 bedrooms and baths), but also to have plenty of room in the living room and kitchen/dining area. We loved cooking in the kitchen and appreciated the well-stocked cookware. The shuttle stop, less than 30 yards away, was wonderfully convenient, and the location still gave us the relaxed feeling of being a little set back from all the commotion of larger condo units. We would absolutely stay here again!
