New, original and downtown loft apartment, exquisitely decorated in building S. XIX totally rehabilitated. Retains architectural elements of value (wooden beams, brick pillars, etc.) consists of living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. Downtown, close to everything. Very welcoming. WIFI.

If you want something different, this is your accommodation. Its original distribution, its environment and its qualities make this apartment unique. It is taken care of every detail to make your stay enjoyable. It is located in a building from the late nineteenth completely refurbished. It has high ceilings, original wooden beams, old brick pillars, marble column, all original to the house. The decor is modern yet warm and inviting. In the apartment there are several levels, taking advantage of the high ceilings. Going down a few stairs leads to the kitchen, fully equipped and new (basic cooking ingredients supplied). Going up some stairs is the bathroom, design, and this is a glazed door to a small courtyard where light enters and ventilation (towels included). It has two bedrooms, one living room independent, with double bed and the other loft type (is connected to the living room), it has two single beds. The windows are noise and thermal insulation. There is a supermarket opposite case they wish to make a purchase. The area is preferred of Seville, for its large number of churches and convents worth visiting. There are many bars and restaurants nearby featuring famous tapas (El Rinconcillo, La Giganta. Carnation etc) The location is ideal for exploring the city walking as all the sights are nearby. For travelers arriving by car there is a public parking about 50 m. apartment

The apartment is located on a quaint plaza in the old town of Seville. It is within walking distance to all the major sites. The apartment is beautiful and has everything that you could possibly need. We would definitely recommend this apartment and we would love to stay there again.

                                                        Apartment has great north Seville location that makes it easy to get to all the sites. Plaza is surrounded with restaurants and is lively at all hours of the day or night. The apartment is beautiful....clean, bright, very new. We loved our stay here. The owner lives next door so he was readily available if we needed him.

                                                        Alberto's apartment in Seville is great - it is newly renovated, modern, stylish and comfortable. Seville is a city you can walk around, and the apartment at Plaza de Los Tercernos makes a fine base. The Plaza itself is full of life with bars, tapas and restaurants sometimes enhanced with music and singing. Alberto is a gracious host.

                                                        All attractions of the city are close, you can stroll. In the vicinity of the apartment there are plenty of churches, monasteries and buildings of artistic value worth visiting. It is the best area to enjoy the Holy Week in Seville since past the apartment and surrounding area brotherhoods step. They can also enjoy the best restaurants and tapas bars and some of them are within a few meters. A few minutes walk is the Alameda de Hércules, more alternative and nightlife area. Also just minutes away is the Plaza de la Encarnación, also called 'Mushrooms' hangout Seville.
