The apartment is in a residential of Arabic style with view to Moorish garden and an outdoor shared swimming pool. The gardens have tiled pathways which are illuminated at night. There are wonderful views of the Alpujarra's mountains from the terrace . There is a table and chairs on the terrace for dinner, where you can watch the sun rise and set over the mountains. There is also an umbrella for shade, and a barbecue to enjoy a good meal on the terrace. Smoking on terrace is allowed. Breakages must be paid for. 150 Euros deposit will be required on arrival and returned on inspection upon exit.

What a lovely apartment! Very comfortable and stylishly furnished. The area is well set out and easy access to the coast and to the mountains. Recommended.

Wertvolle Tipps und gute Ausstattung

Super Ausstattung, sogar Spülmittel, Waschmittel und Fön vorhanden. Haben wertvolle Tipps erhalten. Nette Vermieter. Das einzige was für uns nicht ganz toll war, ist die Matratze im Elternschlafzimmer. Für unseren Geschmack zu hart. Tolle lage der Wohnung für diverse Ausflüge. Terrasse im obersten Geschoss, leider nicht direkt unten bei der Wohnung. Pool macht ab 1. Mai auf. Wasser ist nicht beheizt, was die Kids nicht abschreckte.

very nice flat and very nice location

we had a wonderful week of holdiays with our 2 chilldren end of october. The flat is perfect and conform to the description. The surroundings are great (20 mins from sea 40 mins from Granda and right at the foot of mountains, plus the village of Velez is charming and convenent for local products shopping). The swimming pool and gardens around the flat are also very nice.

We'll come back for sure.

"A great place for a relaxing holiday!"

Thanks for making our stay a wonderful time!

.The apartment is really nice. We were very happy with the accomadation, it was clean, spacious and modern.. . A week absolute great with the family, we didn't want to leave this great place.

The roof terrace are fantastic, perfect for a barbacue.

Velez is a great village and very close to the beach , The Alhambra Palace and Sierra Nevada Sky Resort.

Highly Reccomended !!!

Velez de Benaudalla is a traditional Spanish village . The setting is ideal for walking, hiking and mountain biking and sunbathing. There are gardens of Moorish style and a shared outdoor pool . Velez is a gem of Benaudalla virgin the rest of the world is beginning to discover.Their people are friendly and outgoing. You can enjoy local wines , olives, tapas and typical pastries. This privileged location is only ten minutes drive from the Salobreña beaches and Motril golf . And just 30 minutes drive from the ski resort of Sierra Nevada and the Alhambra Palace. Advised car.

The apartment is new and fully furnished (air conditioning, TV) with a luxury kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, iron , hair dryer ... ) . All rooms face the exterior.Ambos bedrooms have ample space for clothes and storage. Bed linen and towels included.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms ( 6 persons ), lounge, kitchen, bathroom , parking and terrace with barbecue . There is a lift from the secure underground parking leading to to the apartment. The spa, gym, sauna and wifi will be open from June .
