Family house in a relaxing atmosphere, surrounded by the wonderful countryside of the Cher. We are the original owners, this house has never been sold or transferred. The house includes a private wood, farm, two hectares of private gardens and fields around the house, a pond and a pond with goldfish, a farm. The place is quiet and very relaxing. Firewood is a provision for the many fireplaces of the house.
The house has been renovated recently: rooms, bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen. Equipment luxury, and classic at the same time.

Cher is a French department named after the river of the same name. Cher once formed with the department of Indre the province of Berry. It is now part of the Central Region and borders the departments of Indre, in Loir-et-Cher, Loiret, Nièvre, Allier and Creuse. A mild climate, a little aggressive terrain, water profusely helped a sparse settlement manifested in many villages and hamlets still mostly inhabited today. It does not seem to be any particular name for the inhabitants of the Cher, called, in reference to the former province of Berry from which the department, the Berrichons.
