This home is owned by two familes who have been best friends since the late 1980's. The Pearson Family (Jim & Judy) and the Trice Family (Rick & Debbie) have been renting vacation homes for the past 10 years and are excited to share this home with you, your family and friends. Both families have lived in the area our whole lives and have raised our children along the shores of Lake Erie. Both families enjoy boating, antiques and wine. We have recently taken our love of wine to the next level and are the proud owners of The Winery at Spring Hill in Geneva, Ohio. Come join us for a fun and relaxing vacation!
Owner purchased this House in 2006
Why Owner chose Saybrook
We purchased this property back in 2006 due to its location and wonderful beach access. Not many peices of property like this one between Sandusky and Conneaut, Ohio!
What makes this House unique
This property was designed and decorated as if our family was going to live all summer here! No attention to detail was missed yet the home has a warm and comfortable feel. Just like home, plus much more...

The mattresses are getting old and would be nice to be replaced with queen size.
The Blakely family group are always welcomed guests at our home. We will be evaluating many updates over the off season and will add the mattresses to our to-do list. Thank you for your continued stays at our home and we look forward to seeing you again next fall.

Great friend getaway
Loved the house and beach. Close to everything. If we had one complaint, it was the lighting, as we are all older and have a hard time seeing anyway!
This house was the perfect spot for our family of 8. The bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beach was the best part! We spent hours enjoying Lake Erie on the private beach. The views were simply stunning and it was such a great place to stay. Also loved roasting marshmallows around the fire pit. We would stay here again for sure! The owners were very responsive and great to work with.
Pearl beach lake house
We had another great week at the Pearl Beach Lake House. It is my family's favorite week of the year. Judy is very helpful and makes sure everything runs smoothly.
The home was near shore of lake Erie. The home is very old needs lots maintenance.
It is near the lake Erie shore. One can walk to the shore. From the picture it seems like it is right on the shore but it is not. The home is very old and need maintenance. It needs dehumidifier or something, because inside air was smelly. Restroom door knobs, window, doors need to be repaired or changed. The furniture is not in good condition. Kitchen oven has very basic very old cook top. The cooking utensils are overused and needs replacement. Over all it is not comfortable for staying. I shall not rent it again.
Very nice and well kept property .
Everything was perfect at this house . We had 15 girls for a bachelorette party and there was so much room for everyone . Very clean and fully stocked . Awesome back yard to sit and hangout . Definitely would rent this house again . Not too far from Geneva on the lake !
