My husband and I grew up in Nebraska and spent some time traveling with our jobs and living in both Kansas City & Chicago along the way. We have since moved back to Nebraska and are raising 4 children ranging in age from 11 to 20 years old. We are always on the go with the kids and enjoy a variety of activities. We love the outdoors whether it takes us to the lake or to the mountains. We've named our mountain retreat "The Gathering Pointe". . . a place where family, friends, and our guests can kick-back, relax and enjoy all the comforts of home! We have a large extended family and whether it be at the lake in the summertime or the mountains throughout the year, we see this retreat as being another extension of all the fun times we've had making memories together. Hands Down - LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION and the SPECTACULAR VIEW of the mountains (peak 8, 9, 10). . .this setup overlooking Maggie Pond and the Mountains couldn't be more perfect! Initially, it was the historic charm of Breckenridge that caught our attention! This is one of three properties we now own in the area and this property has it all. From it's location at the base of Peak 9 with access to Quick Silver Super 6 lift & the ski school to it's FABULOUS view of the mountains and right on Main Street - it's just what we were looking for to round out our properties in Breckenridge. We saw this addition as a perfect spot whether our visitors had a large family with small children, or families with young adults wanting to explore the night life. It's the perfect setting for a couples weekend, holidays and/or Gals or Guys weekend. The highlights for use are its awesome access to the ski slopes, Quicksilver Super 6 lift, and the ski school just steps from your front door. Breckenridge is known for it's world class skiing and fishing, it's quaint and authentic mountain mining town, great shopping and nightlife. Also, the fact that you are right downtown makes it ideal. No car necessary as there are shuttles from Denver International airport into Breckenridge that will bring you right to our front door.

Such a cute and comfortable condo! Very nicely appointed and beautifully decorated. Owners have a lot to be proud of in this unit. Hope to return again, one day!

Perfect Location, amazing views, and wonderful Condo
This is a fantastic place to spend a week with the family, the condo is perfectly appointed, with a magic location and wonderful views of the mountain. I highly recommend staying here, I love it so much I have booked my next visit already.
Upscale condo Convenient location for slopes and town
The condo was great - very comfortable and quiet. The owner put some substantial effort into having the condo very nicely appointed. Well maintained and clean. Outdoor pool and outdoor hot tub’s were nice.
Very close and walking distance to quicksilver chairlift and very close in immediate access to downtown shops and eateries outside of the condo. Skied 3 days - easy walk there and back at day end from slopes as shown on mapping overview - no need to shuttle - also skivalet and in-house rental was very convenient.

The Perfect Spot
We had some friends in from Paraguay and we wanted to show them a mountain town. This condo was absolutely perfect for our friends, my husband, my one-year old, and me. It's beautifully decorated, everything is new, and it's equipped with everything you'd need and more for a home away from home. The owner even had a Pack 'n Play crib, high chair, and stroller for us to use while we were there. The beds were super comfortable. The location couldn't be better - right off of the main road going through Breckenridge and walking distance to the slopes. When we go back we will for sure be trying to stay in one of the properties owned by this owner.
Our family (2 adults and 3 children) had a wonderful time at this unit. The location is second-to-none. The kids' ski school is literally steps from the building and a couple restaurants are even closer. The condo is spacious and well-appointed. The building's amenities are great. And the veiw is excellent. We'd gladly return!
