Excellent property, nightmare to get there...
The property is very good, the house had everything we needed and the staff made us feel really welcomed. The house is extremely spacious, it has 4 big rooms and a living room which will accommodate easily 8 people. The staff will make sure that your stay is perfect... we had some minor problems with one of the toilets and they had immediately a handy-man fixing it. A good plus is also breakfast which is provided by them.
This is a farm, and on the negative side, it is extremely remote... you have 3km of dirt road to get thru to reach the house, and it is not easy... I would not advise anyone without a 4x4, especially in winter. That would be the only negative of the place.
Around the area you can do plenty of stuff, walk/trek down to the Tejo river, relax, fish or just relax and enjoy the very peaceful area and swimming pool.
Close by is Cedillo (around 15km), the little village is beautiful, a few nice cafes to have a beer and some tapas, great meals and enjoy the late night weekends where the whole village comes out of their houses until very late at night.
All in all, I would recommend this place but you must be aware that there is a long dirt road to get to the house, and you need a proper car to do so.
