Return to your Hyannisport home after a busy day of enjoying yourself and relax in this wonderful beach house.

Hyannisport Hideaway will welcome you and make you feel at home right away. Loved, cared for and set up as a place to welcome guests, Hyannisport Hideaway allows you to enjoy your time on Cape Cod worry free. We believe that our guests’ holiday starts as soon as they step into our home and equipped our beach house accordingly. From linens, towels to beach towels and beach chairs, from paper product to kitchen gadgets, we stocked Hyannisport Hideaway in preparation for your arrival. And there are no additional costs to consider – all amenities are included in the published rate, there are no cleaning fees and no additional taxes.

Hyannisport Hideaway can very comfortably accommodate 6 guests, with central air/conditioning, two bedrooms with a queen bed each (easy for 2 couples to share the house) and a 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds. Very large and modern kitchen will allow you to cook in comfort and with inspiration, for those days when you would rather stay in. Full and a half bath, plus an outdoor shower for the after beach rinse off will ensure that no one needs to compete for bathroom time, even families with teens ;)

For families with young kids, we can provide a pack’n’play and a high chair. There are beach toys to take with you to the beach.

The living room is extra spacious, with seating for 6, and a modern entertainment center with an LCD TV, streaming video, Playstation, books and board games. ! For those who need to keep in touch with the office or surf the web during downtime, high speed wireless access is available.

Situated just under a mile from the famous Craigville Beach, your stay at Hyannisport Hideaway will be enhanced by its proximity to this wonderful warm Nantucket Sound beach with 5 miles of sand. It is one of the largest and most popular on Cape Cod. The long beach and foamy surf make for beautiful walks in quieter seasons.

We provide you with a FREE beach pass that will allow you to access all of the Barnstable Beaches. That includes amazing Sandy Neck beach with a lighthouse, 9,000-acre preserve with dunes, bird life, marshes, and shellfish (but a bit of a drive at 10 miles). Covell Beach, Keys Beach, Veterans Beach, Kalmus Beach (great for wind surfing) are all less than 2 miles from our home.

We will provide you with a high quality 100% cotton European bed linen and fluffy towels. There's hair dryer, iron, paper products to make your packing easier. No need to drag your beach towels and chairs on vacation with you - we will supply those as well. Leave room for your purchases - Cape Cod Mall is just a few miles away!

'Thank you so much for the use of your lovely home. We had a great time. The house is wonderful. You have done a terrific job of stocking everything one can possibly need. It was so nice having a few staples to use... I just can't say how thankful we are to have been able to stay in such a nice, clean place. It made all the difference in our vacation. We enjoyed having the bikes, AC, the W/D...just everything.' - says a native Cape Codder who moved away but keeps on returning to visit our lovely area.

'Since this was the first time renting a home over the internet, I was a little nervous, however, I couldn't have picked a more comfortable, warm, fully equipped, inviting home.' - says a guest who became a regular visitor at Hyannisport Hideaway

About Lillian Kasparov

We are a family who fell in love with Cape Cod years ago. Chuck grew up summering on the Cape with extended family and could never get the Cape bug from under his skin :) Julia was charmed by Cape Cod after moving to Boston area and after some soul searching, we decided to buy a home we can enjoy and share with others. Soon other family members followed suit and we have been thrilled to be able to welcome guests into our summer homes for the 10th year!We live just outside of Boston with our daughter, Lili and our lab mix, Hamilton. We spend a lot of time traveling, in New England, across US and abroad and we love staying in homes and apartments instead of hotels!

Lillian Kasparov purchased this house in 2005

Why Lillian Kasparov chose Barnstable

Cape Cod has such a unique appeal and so many towns have gorgeous beaches, wonderful parks, trails, restaurants and more. We chose to settle in the mid-Cape area, especially around Hyannis, because we love all of the entertainment options Hyannis area has to offer, in addition to beautiful beaches.

What makes this house unique

We love our extra spaicous modern kitchen. Everyone always migrates to it during family dinners, and it easily accommodates family and guests, without getting into cook's way. In early mornings (we are night owls but alas, our daughter is not :)), we enjoy sitting on the porch with steaming cups of coffee or tea, listening to the birds and soaking up morning sun, while waiting for the rest of the house to wake up. Love having so many options so close at hand, and yet be able to return to this tranquil location and recharge.

Guestbook comments from the owner

The house was delightful and everything we hoped it would be! We had a wonderful relaxing time here and really enjoyed our stay (1st time on Cape Cod) because we had such a lovely base to operate from. Such peace and quiet made our holiday truly memorable. Thank you all so very much, we loved it.

Perfect little house!

  • 5 of 5

We really loved our stay at this house. Very clean and welcoming upon arrival. Enough room for our family of five. Great for our young kids to have everyone on one level. They also liked playing in the yard which is very well maintained. The kitchen is very well stocked which was great for us because we love to cook and prepare our own meals whenever we can while away. We were given plenty of towels for both the beach and the bathrooms. We loved having the outdoor shower after coming home from the beaches! The addition of the beach pass for the Barnstable area was an amazing bonus. We would highly recommend staying here if you want a quiet getaway on the Cape!

Lovely cottage with plenty of space

  • 5 of 5

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Very clean and well equipped and Julia was a delight to work with. She allowed us to bring our dog which was a big plus! We were there off season so didn't get to enjoy the beach but the cottage was centrally located so that we could easily drive to Provincetown or other areas of the Cape. We appreciated the privacy and the lovely yard area for our dog. Had a great meal at Viera in Harwich and really enjoyed the vietnamese restaurant in South Yarmouth (Thuan Loi).

Highly recommended!

This house is well maintained and had everything we needed. The house is situated in a quiet, secluded neighborhood but it is still conveniently located close to two beaches and to the center of town with fabulous restaurants , shopping and access to the ferries for Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was spacious enough to gather as a family. We will definitely consider renting from Chuck and Julia again!

Fantastic House For Our Family Vacation!

The binder they left was very helpful with information on the best places and markets .

We will definitely rent from Chuck and Julia again!

This is truly an outstanding property. We visit Cape Cod almost every year and this home is definitely the best one so far. Very clean, great quality things around, well stocked kitchen, very comfortable and cozy. Love the decor... definitely will visit again for sure. The location is also really good, walking distance to the beach and very close to the main town. The owners were so helpful, gave us great information before arriving and very prompt in getting back to us. This house made our trip very memorable, we will be back again soon.

Free Barnstable Beach Pass will allow you to explore many lovely beaches in the area.

While Hyannisport Hideaway is sheltered from the energy of Cape in the summer, it's a quick drive (less than 2 miles) to the vibrant Main St in Hyannis, home to the Kennedy Museum, numerous restaurants, ice cream parlors, bookshops, boutiques, a carousel, and family amusement centers. Enjoy Thursday night parade or listen to live music in one of the pubs. Take a ferry to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket, catch a whale-watching cruise out of Barnstable Harbor, a deep sea fishing expedition from Hyannis, take a drive along Old King's Highway and do a little antiquing, catch a game of golf at any of the nearby golf courses or just enjoy the sea breeze in the backyard. Whatever is your idea of summer fun on the Cape, Hyannisport Hideaway can make your stay more memorable.
