A beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom sea-front apartment that can sleep up to 6. Situated in a beautiful headland location surrounded by the warm waters of of the Mediterranean. The apartment offers wonderful views over the Bay of Mazarron; many beautiful sunsets can be enjoyed from the balcony. There is a large shared swimming pool in excess of 1000 sq.metres, and a tennis court.

Located on the edge of Isla Plana, near Puerto de Mazarron, on the Costa Calida ('Warm Coast'). This is an area largely untouched and unspoilt by mass tourism'. There are beautiful beaches (many with EU Blue Flag), a clean warm sea, and mountains. Diving, sailing, golf, walking, and mountain biking are all available locally. The Spanish have been holidaying here for years - now you can too! The Rosa de los Vientos development has been built to the highest standards, and the quality stands out from most of the accommodation in the area. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with access via stairs & lift.

The apartment is in the Rosa de los Vientos development in Isla Plana, and is constructed to a very high quality. There are marble floors, oak doors, and top-brand fittings throughout. The apartment has a lounge, kitchen, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, twin bedroom, and second bathroom. Air Conditioning/Central Heating is installed throughout. The local area is undeveloped in comparison to most of the Spanish Costas, and in some ways unsophisticated. The surrounding area is still very agricultural being known as the 'Orchard of Spain'. There are good restaurants and bars to be found, and we can tell you where, but there is never any doubting you are in Spain. If you are looking for “pie & chips” or all night Karaoke bars this is not the place for you. If, however you are looking for the “real” Spain, if you want to experience a different way of life and embrace the Spanish culture, then this is your ideal place to stay. The area has over 300 sunny days per year.
