This modern ground floor apartment is situated in an excellent position within a few minutes stroll to the sea, close to the sandy Javea Arenal beach, the port with it's pebble beach and all bars, restaurants and supermarkets. It is also just a 15 minute walk to Javea's historic old town.

The child friendly, gated complex 'Xabiasur' is situated off a wide boulevard, which runs in parallel with the coast road that links Javea Port and the Arenal beach area. It has a beautiful large and spacious communal pool and terraces along with private underground parking. The apartment has a terrace at the front accessed from the lounge and kitchen and ideal for enjoying breakfast in the morning sun. It has a second private garden terrace at the rear ideally placed to enjoy the afternoon and evening sun.

The accommodation on offer comprises of a spacious beautifully furnished lounge with sky satellite TV offering a range of programmes for all ages and free Wi-Fi Internet. There are french doors from the lounge leading to a large terrace with patio furniture, it is a lovely area to enjoy the morning sunshine while you sit and eat breakfast. At the rear of the property is a private garden terrace offering complete privacy for relaxing in the sun and enjoying the evening sunsets with a glass of wine.

There is a modern fully fitted and well equipped galley style kitchen and separate utility area with washing machine. The apartment has a spacious and bright double bedroom with doors onto the private garden terrace. There is a second bright twin bedded room, one full bathroom and an additional cloakroom/wc. The lounge has a sofa bed for additional guests if required.

The apartment has an allocated underground parking space with internal lift.

Javea: The Javea area of the Costa Blanca is best known for its 20 km of unspoiled beauty, excellent 'Blue Flag' Beaches and hidden coves. Javea itself has three main areas. The 'Port' is a traditional Fishing Port with a large Marina, intimate cobbled streets, a brightly lit promenade of restaurants, shops and bars and clean pebble Beaches. The 'Arenal' area close by offers beautiful sandy beaches, a promenade of shops, bars and restaurants with a small fair for children in the summer months with rides, trampolines and go-karts. The Historic Town has white house fronts and cobbled Streets, it is a typical Spanish Town, relatively unspoilt with a quiet and relaxing ambience and offers an array of Shops and traditional 'Tapas Bars' for guests to sample and enjoy. The spectacular Fiestas in Javea begin in June and continue throughout the Summer Months. The Apartment on offer is situated between Javea Port and the Arenal so is in an ideal sought after position within walking distance to both areas.

Nearby Areas of Interest & Tourist Attractions: Javea is less than one hours drive by Car from Benidorm which has many attractions for all ages including 'Mundomar' an Animal Water Park, 'Aqualandia' a themed Swimming Park and 'Terra Mitica' a large Fun Park boasting some of the largest rides in Europe. The beautiful picturesque historic village of Guadalest set in the Mountains is a place not to be missed by the visitor along with the 'Waterfalls of Algar'. The Apartment is situated on the ground floor so is ideal for elderly or infirm guests with a private garden patio at the rear and a large terrace at the front. A sofa bed is available and a cot can be provided if required to sleep a maximum of 7 guests including a baby. The complex has spacious gardens and terraces with a large swimming pool. The apartment has private underground parking. The terrace has a patio table and chairs and there are 2 additional reclining chairs and 2 sun lounger’s for use by holiday guests. Perfect apartment for our first family holiday!

We stayed here on our first family holiday abroad with our 1 year old and it could not have been more perfect. The apartment is clean and well laid out with a nice ground floor balcony area and private back garden for sunbathing in the evenings. The apartment is located in a nice quiet apartment block and everyone was very friendly, especially around the communal pool which is also kept super clean and perfect for young children as it has a baby pool area.

The apartment is equidistant between two lovely resorts which you can reach via a nice walk along the beach front. I would absolutely recommend this apartment, we received excellent service from the owners before and after our holiday.

Home from home - can't wait to go again....

Lovely apartment, very comfortable and had everything we needed. We spent a relaxed week here, and everything was perfect. The apartment was spotless and spacious. The big supermarket was next door - we loved getting fresh fish and bread here, and yet it was still only a 5 minute walk tothe port.

We liked it because there were lots of Spanish people living there and if wasn't full of tourists.

Javea is very traditional and hasn't been spoiled by high rise buildings and retains a sea side town feel.

There's something for all ages. It was great to be able to get English tv channels with a dvd player as well. This was great as we did have some rain during our stay.

Thanks to the owners for making sur Ethan every convience was there for us,

We look forward to booking again for next year,many we would really recommend this apartment.

Close to the rocky beach!

This property was ideal for me and my family (two children age 10, 5), the added bonus of being on the ground floor, so you have two places to sit, either in shade in the back garden or out the front in the sun or vicerversa, which faces the walkway, (entrance to the apartments) the communal areas are absolutely spotless, i would recommend this property to a young family, it had everything we needed, it is close to the port area, about 5-10min walk - near the rocky beach, and about 20min to arenal beach, the supermarket is on your doorstep, my one criticism. was the fridge wasnt working, it was constantly frozen inside, so nothing was ever cold or stayed fresh!, also there isnt air con, but there are plenty of fans, so we never got hot. Overall, great, the other residents were lovely too, i would go back, if they get a new fridge. The Herberts

Well equipped apartment in great Javea location.

An extremely well equipped 2 double bedroomed flat with private front and rear patio areas. As a family of four (2 children, 10 &12) we found the flat had all the facilities needed for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The excellent communal pool and garden area is only a few steps away and never busy - even in peak time. The apartment is situated only 5 minutes walk to Javea's lovely clean, stony beach (great for snorkelling, but bring your wet shoes!) and beach side restaurants and bars. Numerous great value restaurants alongside the sea front and port area are only 5 -15 minutes walk away. A safe sandy beach at Arenal is about 20 minutes walk away. Also lots to do and see in the surrounding area.

All in all thoroughly recommended.

Great apartment, close to sea

The apartment in Javea is perfect for 4-6 people. It is on the ground floor with front and rear terraces - you get the sun on the front terrace in the morning, and the rear in the afternoon....means you get all day sun!

The swimming pool is about a 1 minute walk away, and is never busy, but very nice.

It's about a 5 minute walk to the sea - lots to do and see there.

We had a 2 week stay at this apartment and it was great for us - we could stay in and cook or wander out for something to eat at either the port or arenal.

The owners have set it up very well, it's like home from home.

I would heartily recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Javea.

We stayed at the Xabiur Sur apartment during August (2011) and found the apartment very clean, comfortable and well equipped for all your holiday needs. The apartment itself is very spacious (we were a group of 4 adults) and although there isn't air con the fans do work in keeping the apartment cool. Inside the apartment the owners have provided lots of information on the local and surrounding area.The complex is lovely, neighbours are very pleasant and friendly and the place is generally quiet and calm. The pool is lovely and the grounds are maintained to a very high standard.

The walk to the main Javea beach front is approx 20 mins but is a flat and pleasant walk. The beach area is also lovely for a spot of sun bathing.

We had a fantastic and very chilled holiday and would recommend the apartment as a superb base for a lovely holiday.

It is a place where the wealthy Spanish from Madrid and Valencia chose to purchase there holiday homes and, with very few hotels and therefore limited "package" holidays, the cosmopolitan array of holiday makers tend to be families, couples and friends renting apartments or villas.

Javea itself is split into three main areas. The 'Arenal' beach which is 2000 metres from this Xabia Sur apartment offers a beautiful sandy bay, a promenade of shops, bars and restaurants with a small fair for the children in the Summer months with rides, trampolines and go-karts. Water sports from the beach include jet ski's, speed boat hire, parascending, paddle boarding, canoe and pedalo hire. In the evenings the promenade is full of craft stalls and beach bars "spring" up for the summer months stretching from the beach to the Port.
