In the authentic village of Božanov, located in northern Bohemia in the middle of the protected nature reserve Broumovské Steny, is this nostalgic farmhouse "Huis Bossa Nova". The region is rich in culture and nature with varied scenery of lovely farmland, dense forests, and rugged rock formations.

The village of Božanov is located under the mountain top of the "Koruna" (770 m). A large recreational lake with sunbathing area is located 2 km away from Božanov and nearby is a brand new outdoor swimming pool with slides and children's pool.

The historic town of Broumov is 7 km away and offers numerous cultural attractions, such as the oldest preserved wooden church in the Czech Republic, the famous historical Benedictine monastery and the oldest beer brewery in the Czech Republic, as well as numerous cozy terraces and restaurants.

Because of its beautiful location, this holiday home is an ideal base for the hiker and sporty cyclist. The trails are well marked. In addition, there are plenty of possibilities for swimming, horse riding, mountain climbing, canoeing, fishing or trips by car or car.

In winter this is a beautiful setting for skiing, cross country skiing and snow walking. There are various ski lifts and cross-country ski trails in the vicinity of Božanov. On site there is material for hire and there is the possibility of following Dutch / German ski and / or snowboard lessons.

House Bossa Nova consists of two completely separate houses, one of which is occupied by the homeowner. The holiday home has its own entrance and offers all privacy and is located on a small-scale campsite. Of course you can make use of all the facilities such as the swimming pool, playground, football pitch and the recreation room with table tennis, table football and billiards. In addition, there are numerous activities such as mountain climbing, hiking, canoeing and horse riding in the summer and skiing lessons, cross-country skiing and snow walking in winter.

Specialties:

The electricity tariff of the summer includes max. 100 kWh per week and the electricity tariff of the winter includes up to 200 kWh per week. This is sufficient in normal consumption. In case of exceedance 5Kc / kWh will be charged.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

We beleefden een zeer fijne vakantie in Bozanov. We kwamen terecht in een heel mooi ingekleed huis en werden ontvangen door een Nederlands koppel en hun drie kinderen. Zeer vriendelijke mensen, tevens zeer begaan met hun gasten en naderhand gebleken, goede skileraren voor onze kinderen. Wel spijtig dat er slechts kunstsneeuw aanwezig was op de piste maar daar kunnen de uitbaters uiteraard niets aan veranderen. Wij blikken alvast terug op een zeer fijne vakantie, zeker een aanrader voor mensen met kleine kinderen, Enige minpuntje is misschien dat het een uurtje rijden is tot de grotere skigebieden,

Wat een plekje! Een heel mooi huis met een onwijs grote achtertuin met een fantastisch uitzicht. Af en toe heb je een colonne Nederlandse kinderen door je tuin maar dat mag de pret niet drukken.

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und haben uns immer wieder Tipps gegeben.

Wir haben sehr viele Ausflüge in die nähere und auch weitere Umgebung unternommen. Leider war das Wetter nicht so gut, deshalb konnte man nicht so viel wandern. Zum Wandern eignet sich diese Gegend sehr gut.
