The traditional village of Bozanov is in North Bohemia. It is in the heart of the protected Broumovské Steny National Park. The authentic Czech farmhouse Bossa Nova House, CZ-54974-02, is in the village. So is the luxury holiday home Rád House, CZ-54974-03. The village lies at the foot of Mount Koruna which is 770 metres high. It is three km away from the Polish border. The historic town of Broumov is seven km away. The town has numerous cultural places of interest. These include the oldest surviving wooden church in the Czech Republic and the famous, historic monastery. There are many attractive pavement cafes and restaurants.

The village of Bozanov is in a unique location, in a wooded area near the Broumovské Steny Mountains. This makes it an ideal base for long, invigorating walks and mountain bike trips. You can enjoy lots of other activities such as riding, mountain climbing, swimming, canoeing, fishing and interesting excursions by car or motorbike. This is a wonderful area in winter for snow-walking, cross-country skiing and downhill skiing. There are numerous ski-lifts and cross-country ski-runs in the area surrounding Bozanov. The larger ski-areas in the Giant Mountains, such as Zacler, Mlade Buky and Janske Lazne are around 55 km away.

Bossa Nova House is more than 100 years old. It is a typical Czech farmhouse and was completely renovated in 2004. The traditional style has been carefully preserved. The original features are clearly visible. This creates a unique atmosphere. The farms owner has combined luxury and comfort while preserving the traditional style and atmosphere.

Particulars:

The owners arrange various activities for guests at Bossa Nova House. These include walks, mountain bike trips, riding and mountain climbing in summer and snow-walking, skiing and cross-country skiing in winter. Youll receive extensive information about numerous activities and places of interest upon arrival. The electricity costs in the summer include up to 100 kWh per week. The electricity costs in the winter include up to 200 kWh per weer. When exceeded, an additional 5Kc per kWh will be charged.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

We beleefden een zeer fijne vakantie in Bozanov. We kwamen terecht in een heel mooi ingekleed huis en werden ontvangen door een Nederlands koppel en hun drie kinderen. Zeer vriendelijke mensen, tevens zeer begaan met hun gasten en naderhand gebleken, goede skileraren voor onze kinderen. Wel spijtig dat er slechts kunstsneeuw aanwezig was op de piste maar daar kunnen de uitbaters uiteraard niets aan veranderen. Wij blikken alvast terug op een zeer fijne vakantie, zeker een aanrader voor mensen met kleine kinderen, Enige minpuntje is misschien dat het een uurtje rijden is tot de grotere skigebieden,

Wat een plekje! Een heel mooi huis met een onwijs grote achtertuin met een fantastisch uitzicht. Af en toe heb je een colonne Nederlandse kinderen door je tuin maar dat mag de pret niet drukken.

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und haben uns immer wieder Tipps gegeben.

Wir haben sehr viele Ausflüge in die nähere und auch weitere Umgebung unternommen. Leider war das Wetter nicht so gut, deshalb konnte man nicht so viel wandern. Zum Wandern eignet sich diese Gegend sehr gut.
