About this property

Come enjoy a relaxing stay in an amazing location! Our home is nestled on a beautiful and quiet tree lined street. We are located in a historical family friendly neighborhood of Santa Ana, CA. Our property has a huge backyard perfect for a family getaway or a weekend with friends! We are only 4 miles from Disneyland, Downtown Disney, the Anaheim convention center and so much more! We are about 8 miles from John Wayne Airport and about 30-45 mins from Los Angeles Airport (LAX). We are minutes away from any shopping you could imagine and within 11 miles of several beautiful Southern California beaches (plus we provide beach gear to use during your stay)! We are about 2 miles from Bowers Museum and The Discovery Science Cube. The list goes on with Knott's Berry Farm, Honda Center, Angels Stadium and several nearby colleges and hospitals. With a bit of a drive you could also visit Universal Studios in Hollywood, Lego Land and pretty much any other attraction in Southern California you can think of. There is so much to do! Our home and neighborhood are super family friendly too!

We are walking distance to Starbucks and many other restaurants.

We have a spacious 1700 square foot home with hard wood floors and a newly remodeled kitchen. We have beds for nine including two bedrooms with queen beds. The third bedroom has two twin beds and one trundle twin bed that rolls out. There is a queen Aero Bed mattress that can be set up in the living room. For a group of eleven there is an awesome couch that 2 people could sleep on comfortably as well! There are two full bathrooms one is a shower only and the other is the very popular vintage tub/shower combo perfect for a relaxing bath after a busy day at Disneyland! Our home is kid friendly with a high chair, pack n play, clean toys, books and safety features for young children. There is a wonderful separate washer/dryer room that is located right off the kitchen. We don't charge for doing laundry, but you do need to bring your own HD soap. We have a huge covered patio and a very large backyard perfect for a family gathering or a relaxing BBQ. Great family home!

Great home for a family stay. Floorplan was a great fit. The home is well stocked with everything including lots of toys for kids inside and outside. The patio and fully enclosed backyard was so nice. Highly recommend for any family stays. Really safe and well established nice neighborhood was wonderful. Close to everything with easy access to freeways. Communication with owner was also stellar. This is a gem of a find for a great LA stay.

Family weekend

We stayed for a quick family trip for a Wild Kratts show in Anaheim. The house was perfect for our 3 young children. We had everything we needed at the house-toys, dishes, pack and play/sheets, high chair, games and outdoor playset and games. Our host provided all the info, quick communication and even left some popcorn and cookies as an added bonus! I highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful neighborhood, beautiful house!

This was my first time staying in Santa Ana and wow, what a game changer. We usually stay in Anaheim for Disneyland, but we're extremely happy we opted for Santa Ana this time around. Sheri, the property manager, was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was quick to respond to any communications we had and was very easy to work with. The neighborhood this house is situated in is GORGEOUS. You can tell everyone in in the area truly takes pride in their homes and properties. The house itself was even better than the pictures advertised. The backyard was gorgeous, the kitchen was large, the rooms and bathrooms were spacious. Not only were the basic necessities included, but Sheri took it a step further and had a Brita water pitcher in the fridge, ice cubes, creamer pods, K-cup pods, snacks, etc. It's little things like that, that really go a long way and is so very appreciated. Would definitely love to stay here in again in the future. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay!

Great place for a family

The house is in a nice neighborhood. House has indoor toys and outdoor toys for small kids. Kitchen has all everyone needs to make meals. Plenty of towels. Plenty of blankets and pillows. Very nice house.

We are a Southern California family of seven! We love the beach and everything Disney! We were fortune enough to buy a home in the most beautiful neighborhood of Santa Ana, the heart of Orange County. We loved our neighborhood & our home, but relocated because of a job opportunity. We are now able to rent our home out for vacation rentals and think it's the perfect spot for a family or large group to enjoy Southern California at an affordable price! Being a large family we know how expensive accommodations in Southern California can be along with eating out on vacation. We hope that large groups will use our home for a nice place to stay along with taking advantage of having a full kitchen to help save on cost of meals while traveling. We want to give people the opportunity to create beautiful and fun vacation memories while using our home for a warm, comfortable, quiet and affordable place to stay!

We moved to Santa Ana because of a job opportunity and sought out this particular neighborhood of Santa Ana because it was family friendly and beautiful! It wasn't until we moved there that we realized how close we were to everything in Orange County! Disneyland is 4 miles away, Angels Stadium is 2 miles away, the beach is a short drive and so much more!

The home is in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood that is lined with beautiful trees. The neighborhood behind us is known for it's gardens and you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee while sitting on our back patio, listening to the beautiful chirping of birds.
