About Manuel Esparrago
Hello everyone, my name is Manuel. I am proud to call San Antonio my home. This is a great city with so much to offer, from its rich history, culture, weather, outdoors, food scene, night live.... Traveling is one of my biggest passion and that's how I started using sites such as VRBO. I have had amazing experiences on my trips and I truly hope your experiences are the same when you stay at my house in San Antonio.
Manuel Esparrago purchased this House in 2017
Why Manuel Esparrago chose East Side
This is a 120 years old house that has been completely renovated, it has gorgeous original features with a full modern renovation, great open spaces to relax and a very nice front and back porch with a huge backyard. The house is less than one mile from the amazing Pearl Brewery district with tons of activities to do, restaurants and the start of the Riverwalk is right there as well. Downtown and Riverwalk are a couple minutes Uber ride as well.
What makes this House unique
Large, modern and very private and relaxing house, at one of the best location in San Antonio to get to any plafce and any activity you like.

A perfect house for a girls get-a-way! We adored this property! Such a cute well kept house. Will be back!
Very ample house. Nice wood floors. Close to everything.
House is a great weekend getaway
Manuel has a beautiful restored home. We had plenty of room for the 5 of us. I’d definitely rent this house again. Great location by The Pearl area. Home was appointed very well.
Beautiful home, centrally located
Beautiful historic home! Perfectly accommodated all 6 of us for a three-generation girl's trip. Location was fairly good - easy drive to all the good spots in San Antonio - but I prefer being able to easily walk to some sites or restaurants, which was not possible. Would definitely recommend!
I really enjoyed my stay at the house. It was close to all the sites and it was very homely.
The property was very nice and it was easily accessible.
This property is updated with all the conveniences, but has that old time charm. The area is definitely undergoing some revitalization. There are some very rundown homes/buildings and some others brought back to life like this one. It is a close drive to the Pearl District and the Riverwalk. There aren’t very many restaurants and such close except for in those two places so I would recommend while you are there to eat. Parking can get pricey so I wouldn’t plan on leaving and going back. Parking was free on Tuesday after 5:00 at some parking lots so that was nice. We ate at Mi Tierra; it was great Mexican, and they even have a vegetarian/vegan/gluten free menu. We read a review on this property after we had already booked about the neighbor dogs; we had no trouble with that. There are about four small dogs and they never came up to us etc. The train does come by OFTEN and all through the night. There is a sound machine in the master and if you are a light sleeper I would recommend using that or bringing one. The owner was very responsive and everything was very clean.
Located in the up-and-coming Government Hill neighborhood located 2-5 minutes away from: 1. The Pearl - a top culinary and cultural destination that has some of the city's best shopping, eating, sightseeing and biking. 2. The Riverwalk- where you can walk, shop, dine, or hop on a river taxi to enjoy the beauty of this world-renowned destination. 3. Downtown- where you can go see San Antonio's vibrant attractions such as the historical Alamo, La Villita, Tower of the Americas, the Majestic Theater, and the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center.
