Clémentine is a superb, spacious cottage and has been restored with a great deal of care by its owner. It is pleasantly situated in the quiet of one of Belgium's most beautiful valleys; you reach the property via a small track that is just at the entrance to the picturesque village of Ruy with its typical Ardennes houses. It provides every comfort and a particularly warm atmosphere with beautiful genuine woodwork, quarry stone, beautiful internal space with small differences of level, alcoves, open fires and wood-burning stoves. There is a large, well-kept garden with a small stream close by. Garage for one car.

The small bedroom with a single bed has a bed that is 1.70m in length.

It is a very nice house with all the comforts of the mattresses are very hard nice decorated wonderfully spacious too short, fun atmosphere to the cottage and there are plenty of walking paths to genieten.Het nature only drawback that we encountered is that the homeowner only French want to speak.

This is a special house with many possibilities. Although the bathroom is somewhat limited and the user has its own heating - heating from top to bottom heat gain - makes the kitchen, two dining rooms (one for "morning and one for" evening as our children fabricated) and location a fantastic holiday! The walks that start in the village and in the next village are very nice. The peace and privacy are also worth a lot. The lawn / garden beside the house are large enough to summer sports or barbeque - we have not used it in the fall. The owner is friendly and energetic. He immediately took action on our comments so I hope people after us find improved.

Met een groep vrienden een midweek in deze mooie oude boerderij verbleven. Lekker rustig, zeer ruim en mooi ingericht. Enige minpunten lage waterdruk, laag plafond op de eerste verdieping waardoor je een paar keer gegarandeerd je kop gaat stoten en tot slot is douchen niet ideaal.

we hadden er meer van verwacht

- deze keer was meer beloofd dan waar is gemaakt

- bij aanmelding zeggen ze in 10 minuten te komen maar duurde ruim een half uur

- er waren vele problemen

- als de afwasmachine aan was maakte deze een onacceptabel hels kabaal

- het zeepbakje in de afwasmachine was defect

- het buitengebeuren was totaal onverzorgd, verwaarloosd, onacceptabel

- de zogenaamde 4e kamer was een ruimte op de overloop met een gordijn ervoor

- het bed van de 4e kamer had een opstaande rand waardoor je er nauwelijks in en uit kon komen, daarna zit je onder de blauwe plekken bij je knieën

- in de 4e kamer was geen enkele kast of opbergruimte

- het gereedschap voor de open haard is totaal kapot en moet vervangen worden

- het was onmogelijk om te douchen, er komt een klein straaltje water uit waar je niets mee kunt

- bovendien moet een 2e persoon de doucheknop vasthouden anders komt er helemaal niets uit

dit zijn allemaal redenen om Belvilla niet bij een ander aan te raden...
