This private house in the centre of St Margarethen has a wonderful homely feel to it. There is a touch of understated class about the leather and wood in the dining room, the furnishings in the living room, and the tuscan marble and tiles in the kitchen (hence the name!). The tasteful blend of traditional and modern continues throughout the house and leaves the guest feeling just a little bit special. The whole house is for your exclusive use - privacy guaranteed! Idylically located in the centre of the sleepy village, 2km from the golf course, 20 minutes from the carinthian lakes and with a small cherry orchard in the garden, this is a perfect location for a relaxing holiday in the southern Austrian Alps. St. Michael enjoys 3 skiing areas in the direct vicinity. The area of Großeck/Speiereck is near the village, while the areas of Aineck/Katschberg, Obertauern and Fanningberg are a short distance away.

                                  This is our home (two adult couples) excellent birth. Big pluses we found the practical, tasteful decor, the large, modern and well-equipped kitchen, and two separate WC 's (up and down). Minimarket 20 meters away (and a church bell 100 meters). The garden fog a nice seat but is nice screened. The quiet village is conveniently located in a beautiful valley, with lots of nature and hiking. The motorway is easily accessible and provides easy access to distant cities and nature.

                                  De keuken is groot en mooi van opzet en relatief nieuw. Van alles zijn er zes stuks. De vaatwasser draaide daardoor met vier personen 2x per dag. Er ontbraken kleine pannen. Grote vriezer stond in de kelder. Verder een goede miele wasmachine aanwezig. Bedden waren prima. En de badkamer had een nieuwe goede regendouche. De zithoek binnen is met vier zitplaatsen (3 persoonsbank en 1 stoel) niet ruim bemeten. Eettafel heeft wel zes stoelen. Buitenmeubilair was ondermaats. 4 oude ligbedden, een tweezitsbankje, twee kapotte stoelen, twee oude stoelen en een zeer klein tafeltje (oud secretair). Na wat reperatiewerk met de gereedschapskist, enkele spijkers en schroeven van de eigenaar toch twee weken buiten kunnen eten. Dit aan de eigenaar doorgegeven. Vermoedelijk wordt dit de volgende investering in het huis. Ligging van het huis is uitstekend midden in het dorp tussen het plaatselijke supermarktje met vers brood en de toeristeninfo. Grote supermarkten zijn te vinden in het naastgelegen dorp.
