TERMS OF SEASONAL RENTAL

The reservation is only guaranteed after receiving the payment.

This amount shall be forfeited as of right in the event of cancellation

PRICE AND PAYMENT

The balance to be paid to the day for taking possession of the premises, whatever

can occur illness, accident or unforeseen event, the price will be fully

paid under defined conditions.

The prices are fixed, except for the low and mid season rentals which must be added

consumption of electricity, water and gas.

Sheets and towels are not provided.

EXTRAS

Tourist tax (by the decree of 26. 04. 1924 and the decision of the Board

News from 26. 01. 2004) tourist tax amounts to € 0.50 for furnished, per person

per day.

DEPOSITS

Upon arrival, two checks payable to Cyril Larouzière will be claimed:

- A security deposit of € 1,000

- A check for € 80 for cleaning

The deposit check will be returned after the inventory at the start and after expenses

repair the damage.

This deposit is not cashed, the statutory period of up to two months for

restitution is not applicable.

In any case, the deposit will not be a payment, even partial of the rental.

If the household and departure cleaning had not been done by the tenant, in

correct conditions, the check is cashed € 80, without further formality and in full

for the lump sum payment of the cleaning business (weekend rate in summer)

In addition to this amount will also be retained cleaning fee of

blankets, mattresses, mattress etc.

If deteriorations and not reported by the tenant during his possession,

authorizes the tenant without further formality, to cash the check deposit (1000 €) to

fund repairs. A count of the costs incurred will be sent to the tenant, by recorded delivery,

within two months after his departure, and the balance in cash or payable.

If security is insufficient, the tenant agrees to make up the sum.

Any stains on the mattress can result in the replacement; this charge

which can be very costly for the tenant, it is required to use sheets and protectors

mattresses and verify that a mattress is in place.

INSURANCE

The owner accepts no liability for theft, burglary and risks faced by objects in case of disaster. The insurer of the tenant shall not exercise any remedies against the owner in case of disaster. The tenant must take out a policy

of "rental risks" insurance (often free by requesting an extension of his contract

principal residence), covering the risks of the occupier and any loss which it might be

originally.

A copy of this policy will be required before key handover.

OCCUPANCY OF PREMISES

The number of occupants can not in any case exceed that specified in the contract;

checks may be made by the owner at any time of the stay.

In case of violation of this provision, the owner reserves the right to terminate this

lease at any given time of the stay, the entire remaining rent

acquired, notwithstanding an increase of 100 € per additional person, calculated on the whole

contractual duration of the stay.

The tenant can not sublet or assign its rights without the express permission of the owner;

In addition, he will live local bourgeois manner and comply with regulations

condominiums, as well as rules of the residence, which he represents and acknowledges the date of its entry into the premises.

The tenant will not introduce, without the expressed permission of the owner, an animal in the leased premises. If agreed with the owner, the presence of an animal: cat, dog, bird or

STATE OF PLAY

Due to the large number of arrivals and departures in a very short period of time,

is impossible to conduct the inventory in the presence of the tenant, but this state has been done

AWARD OF AUTHORITY

NÎMES of the Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes relating to the execution of this contract, failing by mutual agreement solution.

HOME - SUBMISSION OF KEYS - DEPARTURE

The reception is done on site by the owner.

Arrival: Saturday from 15h to 18h

Departure: Saturday at 10am. In the morning, at the latest (return of the keys)
