Beach Breeze is a 2200 sq. ft. beach house It has 4 bedrooms & 3 baths. Just 1/2 a block from the beach. Private heated pool & hot tub!!! Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, & the movie theater!
Tile wood like floors in the main living area & square tile in the bedrooms & downstairs. Solid granite counters in the spacious fully equipped Kitchen. You can cook your favorite meals & choose to eat in the dining room, or right off the dining room doors 2 large square picnic tables. 2 more tables are on the back deck also.
There are TV's in every bedroom. Free Long Distance & password protected Wifi
2 King & 1 Queen Sleep Number adjustable mattresses, 2 full futons, 2 twin beds. Master bedroom also has a futon couch. Quiet bedrooms- None of the bedrooms share a wall. The kids bedroom sleeps 6.
Garage with game area outfitted with Foosball and shuffle board tables, a free standing 2 person dry sauna. With plenty of room left over for your vehicles, bicycles, motorcycles, jet skis, kite boards, windsurfing equipment, surf boards and beach toys.
The Sparkling pool & hot tub area has plenty of seating for the entire group.
Beach Breeze can accommodate up to 12 adults or 14 guests for families with small children!

Beach Breeze found us. While on the Island we had to take a detour down this street & there was this pink house with a for sale sign in front of it. Curiosity got the best of me & I pulled in to take a look. Walked up to the front door & peered through the front door window. That was it, I fell in love & had to see it right then. Called our realtor walked through & wrote the contract on the kitchen counter.
What makes this House unique
The large decks give you different gathering spots. Having the pool being so close to the patio area, is great for entire family to hang out & enjoy each others company. The layout with no bedrooms sharing a common wall is great, adds a sense of privacy. With Beach Breeze being centrally located on the street. It's a short walk to the beach, movie theater, Wanna Wanna bar & grill. More of a neighborhood setting.

Clean, simple and perfect!
My family and I enjoyed spending many hours relaxing down by the pool. The hot tub warmed up to a nice hot temperature. It was perfect for the 8 ladies and I to cook in the kitchen and have enough room to sleep. The beds were quite comfy! I also loved that we had many options of eating in different areas! I would defiantly stay here again!
Unbeatable location for beach getaway!
What a tremendous location for a family getaway at the beach! The house is spacious and full of useful extras. It's only a short walk to an uncrowded beach and you have the luxury of your own private heated pool and hot tub to return to after a day in the warm gulf water. Several restaurants, a movie theater and some shopping is also only a short walk away. SPI is very responsive to even the smallest requests. Definitely recommend to anyone who would like to avoid the crowded southern end of the island! Hope to be back!
Great location, very clean, nicely decorated and maintained
This is our second stay at this property. We came back because the house is large, has a nice floorplan, tall ceilings, and is tastefully, colorfully decorated. There is a lot of room and seats on the covered patio for relaxing. Private pool is kept clean and warm. Kitchen has plenty of amenities and beds are comfortable. There is plenty of room for parking including covered parking where our suburban fit nicely. We also like the location of this house as it is a short walk to beach access. We like the mid island location of this property as it is much quieter at night than properties to the south (auto congestion and amusement park), and closer to restaurants and shops than properties on the north side of the island. Bill, the owner, is friendly and responsive with any questions about the rental. We have stayed at a number of rental properties on SPI over the years, and this is one of our favorites.

Our whole experience with SPI Rentals was wonderful. Bill Turk and his staff are responsive and friendly. Whenever we needed something, one of the staff was at the house in minutes. The house itself is glorious. It is very clean and well maintained. There’s a simple elegance to it. The furniture is really comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was a binder full of information including menus from the popular restaurants and places that will deliver food, maps, and fun things to do on the island. The location of the house is perfect. The street it’s on is quiet. There were all kinds of blooming flowers surrounding the property. We were comfortable and happy the whole time we were there. We will be renting Beach Breeze next year. Enjoy all that South Padre Island has to offer. Catamaran dinner cruises, Dolphin watch tours, Kite boarding, Jet ski, & Parasailing are a few popular activities. Fishing is great on the bay or deep sea. I personally like fishing off the jetties at Isla Blanca Park. Sea Turtle Inc is a must! They rescue & rehabilitate injured Sea Turtles, then release them back when they a well again. There is a free Island Metro service that takes you all over the Island & to Port Isabel, It also connects with the free shuttle service to Brownsville Airport. There is a large water park on the south side of the Island. With only approx 5 miles of the Island being developed nothing is far. North of the city is where you can drive on the beach.
