La Bouffardie will find peace, space and privacy, and of course a lovely private pool. The house sits on a large plot of 4300 m2 with open views of the hills.

La Bouffardie features a fully independent apartment with living room / kitchen, separate bedroom and bathroom. This makes it very suitable for two families or large families / grandparents / kids etc.

It is located in the most beautiful part of the Dordogne, Périgord Noir.

The tourist sites such as Sarlat, Domme and La Roque Cageac are literally around the corner. The Dordogne River is nearby with a small beach and canoe rentals for tours on the river. Recommended!

Lay out:

Living room

The cozy living room has a large fireplace with a sofa set. There is also a nice bar with stools where happy hours can be spent. Of course the LCD TV with satellite fails (Dutch channels), radio / CD player and DVD not. Also, there are several children's DVDs and games available.

Bedroom 1

The bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 cm) with linen closet.

Bedroom 2

The bedroom has a double bed (160 x 210 cm) and wardrobe.

This bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200) and a changing table.

There are also two camping beds with mattresses for our smaller tenants.

Bathroom

A bright modern bathroom with bath, separate shower and large bath furniture with two washbasins.

Kitchen

A nice spacious kitchen with modern kitchen with large fridge freezer, dishwasher, dining area and large assortment of pots, dishes e. d.

Apartment:

Living room with sitting area and dining table and an open kitchen. The kitchen includes refrigerator, stove and utensils (pots, cutlery, e. D.).

Double bed (160 x 200 cm) and one single bed (90 x 200) + trundle

Shower, toilet and washbasin.

Swimming pool

The pool of 10 x 4 meters invites to balmy days for a refreshing dip. The pool has a depth of 1. 10m decreasing to 1. 80 m and a Roman staircase. The pool is fenced and equipped with an alarm and a terrace with sunbeds. Around the pool lights, so you can take a nice plonsje on warm evenings.

Furthermore, the pool regularly cleaned for you.

Bed linen is required to reserve booking. The beds are made upon arrival for you. You should periodically towels and kitchen towels to take. The costs are € 11, - p. p. per stay.

The final cleaning is mandatory and will be for you, paid, exported. See our rates.

Garden:

The backyard is completely omhekt delicious and can be used for various games.

There is also a real French boules which is illuminated at night too. You can throw a ball and you take possession of this popular French game. The balls are waiting for you!

In the house there is a comprehensive information. Here you will find plenty of useful information on eg. Important phone numbers of doctors e. d., where I let it waste, how does the decoder of the TV etc.

As an extra service for our guests, the house also has a WIFI internet connection.

Location of the house:

Holiday La Bouffardie is quiet but not isolated located some three kilometers from the village of Cenac et St. Julien. This village is located directly on the River Dordogne and just below Domme. It has all the amenities including several restaurants, terraces, supermarket, bakery, butcher, cash ,, post office, doctor, dentist, pharmacy and a weekly market. About 10 kilometers away Sarlat, capital of Périgord Noir, with Saturday a weekly market. Sarlat has an extensive range of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and terraces, a railway station and a hospital. La Bouffardie located in the tourist triangle Sarlat / Domme / Beynac, so the most beautiful sights are just a stone's throw away.!
