Why Andrea chose Ballard
It's great inside and outside! Inside: it's clean, contemporary and cozy. Once you walk outside, you are near tons of great things! Near a grocery store, Ballard's Restaurant Row, breweries, shops, dessert hot spots (a cupcake bakery, the Pie Bar and a chocolate place! Convenient and clean
I spent two nights at this small apartment on the ground floor of an apartment building. Andrea provided excellent information on how to find and access the place. Everything was clean and in good order. Water pressure was low, but Andrea contacted me before I mentioned it and was concerned about making sure it would be fixed for the next visitors. Sound insulation is not great, but the noise was not extreme. It was just the sound of people walking on the floor above, some conversation noises and laughter, some running water noises. I carry noise cancelling ear buds, so it didn't bother me much. I recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to spend some time in the Ballard neighbourhood of Seattle. Lots of nice restaurants and stores close by. Safe neighbourhood.
The owner is accessible and nice , place is cozy good for couple. I wish there’s is a cook stove.
It’s close to public transportation, groceries and restaurants.
The perfect Ballard location!
This rental is small! Yet it has everything you need for a comfortable experience. Andrea has this studio decked out with a clean and modern decor. There is plenty of storage to unpack your bags and feel right at home. The location is amazing! So close to everything you would want to visit. Parking is limited, as you must find a spot on the narrow streets, however we never had to park to far away. My husband and I look forward to another stay here in the future!
Nice and quiet little place.
I'd recommend this spot to those who want to trek around Seattle. Good location. Walking distance from all the Ballard area attractions. Close to bus stops, so it's easy to take public transportation to downtown Seattle.
Nice but noisy
This is a very clean and comfortable place to stay, but it is noisy. The mechanical noise of the apt. goes on constantly and at 6:00 A.M. the family upstairs starts their day and yours.
I'm so sorry, it sounds like the people above the studio were noisy during your stay. Darn, usually noise isn't an issue. If you had let me know, I definitely would have spoken with them. Usually they are happy to comply and very friendly.
I hope you will try us again and we can deliver a 5-star experience to you!
