Much better in person

  • 5 of 5

My family and I just got home from our stay at this beautiful cabin in Rockwood Maine. When we stepped inside we were so excited. It was much more cozy than the pictures even show on the website. It was decorated exactly how a cabin in the woods should be decorated. Absolutely perfect!! It had everything we could ever need to make us comfortable. We rented a pontoon boat, which was right down the road, for two days and kept it at the private dock located on the property to use whenever we wanted to go explore the beautiful Moosehead Lake. We enjoyed nightly campfires in the fire pit. We explored Greenville, a cute town about 20 miles away. We loved all the quaint stores and restaurants. My family and I thank you for providing us with a wonderful place to stay for our vacation. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a cozy, comfortable, relaxing place to stay on Moosehead Lake. Only negative was we didn't spot any moose. Many deer but no moose. Maybe next time!!
