About Stephanie Holladay
My husband and I moved to Flagstaff in 2015 when he pursued a career with the Flagstaff Fire Department. He's currently a Flagstaff Fire Fighter Paramedic and I'm a local realtor. We have 8 rescue dogs and love adventure. I'm originally from California while my husband is from Chicago. We met at ASU and never turned back. Life is what you make it and I wouldn't want to do it with anyone else. We enjoy cold drinks, athletics, and a good time!
Why Stephanie Holladay chose Swiss Manor
This property was actually the first house we ever bought and would still be there today if it wasn't or our need of more space, thats how much we love it! The biggest reason we love this house is probably the location. Our neighborhood is located at the base of Mt. Elden so not only do you get to experience all that beauty you're also steps away from so many trails! We love hanging outside or resting on the couch looking out into the backyard. Our other favorite part of our location is how amenable it is to so many different activities. We're 4 miles from downtown straight down rt 66 so down town is very easy to reach. We're right off the Country Club exit which leads you to golf, entertainment, restaurants, breweries the list is endless. We're also close enough to the freeway so travel is a breeze but far enough away so we can't hear the cars. Besides location the open floor plan and large backyard are what really drew us to this house. Everyone can be together inside or outside and it really makes for a great time.

Beautiful, well appointed house
We really enjoyed our stay—probably the best experience we’ve had on VRBO. Stephanie was super responsive to any questions/requests. She even went over and above and bought a humidifier just for us. It’s easy to get around the city or out into the many natural wonders from this location. Highly recommend.
Convenient and comfortable.
Enjoyed our stay. House comfortable and convenient. Stephanie quick to respond when we had a question.
A lovely home with almost every amenity. Will definitely book here again next time we come to Flagstaff. Thank you for sharing your home and Grace the strangers in the pictures own the home, I know it felt like it was ours.
Clean house, great yard. A wonderful Flagstaff experience.
We were very happy with this house. Stephanie was immediately responsive and helpful for any questions we had. We loved the big, dog-friendly yard! Inside, the house was clean and had all the amenities we could want. We will start here first when we plan our next Flagstaff trip.
Simple yet comfy
In general, this was exactly as listed. Disappoints were no access to garage (it snowed during our stay), no low level lighting would have made it a lot cozier, some light bulbs were burnt out, two broken dining area chairs. Nice features were VERY comfortable beds and soft sheets, nice fireplace, great back yard, well appointed kitchen. Overall a good experience. :-)
Thank you for letting us know about he chairs and the lights. We now have a more thorough checklist and are checking it twice so every guests has a wonderful stay. Thank you!
The house was so welcoming and had everything we needed. We would definitely book again. Thank you
The house was easy to find and so cute!! The beds were comfortable and I couldn’t think of anything lacking! Thank you for a wonderful place to rest and we would definitely recommend this property.
