Located near the River Seine, this 100 m² apartment is modern and was completely renovated in 2013. Accessible through a quiet courtyard, it is on the ground floor and has a private garden. On the top of the rue des Saint Pères, it has an easy walking access to the famous Boulevard Saint Germain, rue des Buci, La Seine, Le Louvre, both Cité and Saint Louis Islands, Les Invalides and so on...
The entrance of the apartment gives directly onto the spacious living room, dining room and an american kitchen.
The living room has its own area with 2 double sofas, TV with international channel and phone unlimited to US (landlines and cells). This area looks onto the courtyard which offers a unique outside area. This area has flowers and a table with sunshade, it is quiet. The apartment is also equipped with 2 A/C in case of hot temperatures in Paris.
Just on the other side of this room, is the dining area with a table for 6 persons. It has an easy access to the kitchen. The American-style kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances (Nespresso machine, dishwasher, cookware, etc.).
The 2 bedrooms are both on the oposite side of the living to give a perfect comfort for all.
The master bedroom contains a queen-size bed (160*200) and a television with international channels. The bedroom gives onto a space with authentic rocks giving onto the courtyard/terrace and also the gym area downstair. This suite has its bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet.
The second suite has a double bed that can split into two twins and also has its own bathroom with shower.
A bike machine is available in the apartment in a specific area. It once was the bread oven of a bakery, long ago!
To finish, the apartment is equipped with washer and dryer on the entrance of the apartment in a closet on the right side.

Very nice apartment in a great location
My wife and I have stayed in about ten different apartments on both the right and left banks, and we would definitely stay in this one again. The apartment has a nice layout in that the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the living room and the living room area is very spacious. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large, and the outdoor space is nice. Its also in a great location and being on the first floor is convenient. The only drawback I see is that the toilet for the master bedroom/bathroom is across the living room near the entry door. But that was not a major factor to us.

This would be a good improvement for the apartment.
It’s a basement apartment which makes it dark in the rainy Paris winter.
The agency came right away to fix a stopped up sink and that was good but there is no toilet in the master bathroom!

We are pleased to read that you have shared your thoughts regarding our responsiveness in case of any issue happening during your stay. It is obviously a commitment we take on for each of our clients and for the 70 properties that we manage. We cannot avoid those issues but we try our best to have them taken care of in order to solve them the best way possible and in no time.
In regards to the apartment you have rented, it is true that being on the ground floor, it remains less luminous than an upper floor, especially when the weather is inclement as experienced in December.
I regret that you compared the apartment to a “basement” and in the future, we will make sure to propose apartments that are more in line with your requirements.

Great location! Comfortable apt!
The apartment was in a great location close to good cafes and restaurants. It was also close to major attractions. The apartment itself was nice and comfortable. The hosts had good communication with us at all times.

Check-in was great - they met me at the apartment and had already double checked that everything is in working order. Management noticed certain items that needed to be repaired and they were done within 2 hours. The remainder of check-in was smooth and easy. Management was easy to contact when an issue arose and it was dealt with promptly.
Regarding the apartment itself, it's perfect for a family of 4 or two couples. It was well appointed with everything we needed for the 10 days. It was VERY near the Louve and Musee d'Orsay and therefore everything else touristy was close as well. Daily living was easy with grocery, bakery, brassarie and restaurants close by. As noted previously, the beds were AMAZINGLY comfortable. In fact, we took a picture of the maker/style for when we need a matress at home. If I were to pick on anything it would be that the outdoor area was not swept (full of leaves and chairs put up) and the workout room was not really usable (however an excercise bike was brought upstairs and able to be used). The neighbors were also a little loud later into the night a few times, but it didn't keep me from sleeping much because of how comfortable the bed was to me.
I would stay again and recommend others to stay here.

By foot you can access some of Paris s best cafés and restaurants, as well as countless boutiques, art galleries, and monuments. The apartment is an ideal base for sightseeing. Nearby attractions include: the Saint Michel fountain, Saint Sulpice Church, Notre Dame, the Cluny Museum, the Luxembourg Gardens and the Louvre... All attractions are easily accessible by either foot or metro
Additional information about rental rates
All of our rates are weekly rates which means the price remains the same whether for 5 or 7 nights. We however do offer some special rates for shorter stays depending on calendars and periods. Payments by credit card (AMEX, VISA, MASTERCARD), cash, and wire transfer are accepted. Minor fees apply to credit card transactions (2,5% for VISA, MASTERCARD & 3,5% for AMEX) Since 2015, a tourist tax of 0,83 € is charged per guest & per night. (except for children under 18) For shorter stays, the security deposit is typically made by credit card print, meaning no extra money is charged up front. Ask us for more details. A representative will greet you at the apartment with the keys. This service is free of charge, with the exception of late check-ins, Sunday check-ins, and holiday check-ins. These incur a 50€ fee. After 10pm, the fee increases to 75€.
