Inside the beautiful period details of this grand residence showcase all-encompassing water views from the master bedroom, living area, dining room and eat-in kitchen. Three spacious bedrooms, each with their own queen-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, 175 channels of individually controlled DirecTV and VCR, ensure luxurious comfort. The living area contains 3 down-filled sofas (including a queen sleeper) and a separate entertainment system with DirecTV, TiVo, VCR, DVD and Stereo/CD. A wireless LAN provides 2Mb high speed Internet coverage throughout the home.

Outside, French doors open from the living, dining and master bedrooms onto one of the largest private decks in Lower Cape Cod. The deck is not shared with anyone else. Enjoy some of Provincetown's best water views while relaxing on a teak sun loungers, grilling steaks on the gas barbeque or dining alfresco.

About Michael Mills

We were in Provincetown for Carnival in 2004 and visited some friends who were staying at what is now our home. We absolutely fell in love with it! After almost a year of coaxing, we persuaded the former owners to sell it to us. We now realise in hindsight how incredibly fortunate we were to have purchased an incredibly special property such as this. It is truly magical! :-)

Our home adjusts to whatever type of vacation you want!

What makes this condo unique

After purchasing our home, we restored many of its original architectural features from 1898. Most of the furniture we brought over from our home in England. Guests tell us that this is quite simply the most luxurious place you can stay in Provincetown.

We stayed at the Sandpiper in November of 2006 and it was extraordinary. It has beautiful and comfortable rooms and a well equipped kitchen with a spectacular view of the rising sun. Then, of course, there is the huge deck. There were four of us and it was a perfect place to enjoy Provincetown. Brad and Michael were also attentive in terms of making sure everything was perfect. We'll be back.

The heart of Provincetown

The quality of the furniture, the comfort of the beds, the amazing dining room table and chairs and the 'decor' are not small details, they made us feel at home. I spent hours on that deck reading. You don't want to leave unless if you want to see some people, then you can sit on the front porch and just say hi to pedestrians! I rented this condo for my partner's birthday. He enjoyed his gift as well as our best friends. They just could not believe we had all of this just for us to enjoy. Thank you Brad and Michael.

Lovely Property

Exactly as shown in photos. Furnishings are nice, bright and open air feeling. Great location! The house is walking distance to food, coffee, shopping, and the fast ferry into Boston (90 minute ride to the city). Beautiful Ocean views from the den, kitchen, dining room and the back bedroom. Wonderful deck for quite mornings and plenty of rocking chairs on the front porch after the sun goes down. The owners are super nice and very easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful New Year's Stay in PTown

This property is pretty incredible. Everything you could want plus an amazing view and a comfortable, cozy place. It was perfect for the 5 of us and we never felt on top of one another. The kitchen and dining areas were perfect, especially for large meals! We had one of the best vacation experiences I can remember!

Always Outstanding

Brad and Michael know how to showcase their amazing property.

From the fine linens and towels to the wonderful décor - The Sandpiper Beach House is in a class all by itself.

Everything about the house is wonderful including the great people that care for it between guests. If you were to every need anything they are right there to handle your request.

It is also a treat to cook your favorite meals and enjoy them on the deck with all the great outdoor furniture. umbrellas and lounge chairs. Enjoy the view from both the back deck and the front porch. - Just wonderful

My partner and I rented the first floor of the Sandpiper with two straight friends who were celebrating their 30th anniversary. (Amateurs - we have 33). I'd stayed at this place in 1975 when it was a rooming house. WOW! What a change! Elegance throughout. The sliding pocket doors of Victorian vintage, the unique antique pieces strategically placed to revive the old sea captain's home feel, made this home-away-from-home one of the most relaxing vacations we've had - and we are in the travel industry. (No, this was not a comp!)

The comfortable beds, the Irish linens, the Cape Cod scented soaps were appreciated details. And, of course, the NY Times delivered to the door every morning to enjoy with that steaming cup of coffee was great.

The views of sunrises and sunsets, clam diggers wading past in the surf, the cries of gulls and other birds were enhanced by the warmth of "our" home. (I never had the feeling that this was someone else's home.)

Since it was off-season (November 1-8, 2008) the town was quiet. But there were still a lot of shops open - and number of great sales. Some wonderful restaurants were packed nightly requiring reservations - and Spiritus Pizza, after all these years, was still serving some of the best Pizza you'll ever eat. They even had an Obama special after the election - Hawaiian style.

We brought a couple cases of fine wines from our own collection with us (though there are several wine shops in P-Town) and we cooked many meals at the house. Even though it was November, we enjoyed several lunches on the deck overlooking the bay.

We went to Wellfleet and found what was probably the last lobster pound open for the season and we bought four 2.5 pound lobsters that we devoured back at the house.

We visited local lighthouses, beaches, commercial piers and art galleries. The winery in Truro is definitely worth a visit.

Now, I can't get "Old Cape Cod" out of my mind.
