Good for tall people

We were three couples sharing the apartment. We especially appreciated the large beds and the three en suite bathrooms. The location near the Metro station was another big plus. Though we did not cook any meals, the kitchen was perfect for our easy, cold breakfasts. Simone was very responsive and easy to deal with. We thought the apartment was an excellent value.

4- Nelle camere non è consentito fumare. Gli ospiti potranno fumare solo ed esclusivamente all’aperto, sul proprio balcone, utilizzando gli appositi portacenere.
5- Le camere non sono munite di cassaforte o altro sistema di sicurezza. L’ospite, pertanto, con la sottoscrizione del presente regolamento all'atto del check-in, ci esonera da ogni responsabilità per il furto o il danneggiamento di beni o oggetti di Sua proprietà lasciati nella camera.
6- All’atto dell’arrivo e della partenza il proprietario e i suoi ospiti esamineranno la camera al fine di valutare eventuali danni, sia alla camera cfche agli arredi. I danni, ove presenti, saranno addebitati in fase di check-out.
7- All’atto del check-in sarà consegnato agli ospiti un mazzo di chiavi composto da: chiave del portone del palazzo, chiave del portone di casa, chiave della camera assegnata. Tale mazzo di chiavi dovrà essere riconsegnato nello stato originario al momento del check-out. La loro perdita comporterà il pagamento di €120,00 per la sostituzione di serrature e chiavi.
8- Nel giorno del check-out la camera dovrà essere liberata entro le ore 11.00. E’ fatta salva la possibilità di prolungare il soggiorno a seguito di rinnovo dell’accordo con Check-Inn Rooms qualora vi fosse la disponibilità di una delle camere.
