Private but close to everything
This was the perfect location. We were close to everything. The location is very quiet. It was clean and had everything we needed. Off street parking has one space for every unit. We parked our car and walked everywhere. Close to restaurants and pubs. This will be our go to rental in the future.
I just wish there was someone around to take our garbage and give us fresh towels
Great for friend's getaway!
My friend and I were celebrating our 30 years of friendship on this trip. Everything was perfect! The check in was super simple (just enter a code on the door), we walked into a very chill room as the AC was set to a pleasant 68 degrees. Much needed after a long drive on a hot day! I slept on the couch (I could have pulled out the sofa bed but didn't want to) She slept in the bedroom. It was very private and relaxing! The kitchen was great but we didn't really use it much. They just installed a range so we could have cooked on it. Shower and bath were as you expect for a hotel stay - pleasant! Overall everything was clean and comfortable. Would definitely go back!
Great location, but also somewhat noisy. If you have a car, off-street parking is a big help. Bathroom very nice, the rest very so so quality, but good value for the price. Sofa does not work as a bed - mattress is terrible.

5 Stars for the Property - 2 Stars for Local Management - I Don't Think It's Fair to Punish the Property Rating for Lack of Service from Management
Here's Why. Property - Parking is Great. Walking Distance to Everything, Including the Marina. We Stayed Sat - Wed & Only Took the Car Out to go to the Catholic Church & to the Southernmost Point. Clean Grounds, Clean Interior, Fresh Sheets and Towels. Definitely Has Everything We Needed. Felt Safe, Nice Neighborhood and Surroundings.
Here's Why Local Mgmt Gets 2 Stars......
We Always Cook Our Breakfast in the Morning on Vacation & Drink Coffee and Try to Enjoy the Place We're Staying a Little Before Getting Out. The Suite Has an Induction Cooktop - Which Requires a Very Particular Type of Pot. Sunday Morning I Could Not Cook Breakfast because We Did Not Have the Correct Pots. We Reached Out to Mgmt at Noon to Request the Correct Pots. When we Left for the Day, I Left on Note on the Door Letting Housekeeping Know We Had Enough Towels etc and We Didn't Need Anything from Her at This Time. We Ran Into her in the Parking Lot and Let Her Know, We Didn't Need Any CLEANING. I did not Discuss the Pot Situation with her because We Called and Made that Request by Phone. All they Needed to do was Leave the Pots on the Chair or Table on Our Porch Outside Our Door. When We Came Back About 4 that afternoon, the Pots Were Still not There. I Made Another Call to VACASA. Local Mgmt Could Not be Reached. Made Another Call Again at 6, Asking if I Would Have Pots in the AM to Cook Breakfast. No Reply from Local Mgmt. We Didn't Get the Pots Until 10am Monday Morning, Well After Breakfast. Which for Us, After Grocery Shopping for Breakfast Items, We Wanted to Utilize the Convenience of Having Breakfast in Our Room - That's Part of the Vacation Experience We Enjoy, That's Why We VRBO Instead of Hotel. Lack of Communication is What was so Frustrating. All I Needed Were the Right Pots for the Stovetop. They Easily Could Have Been Dropped Off ANYTIME During the day Sunday on Our Porch While We Were Out. VACASA People that I Spoke to Were Helpful and Tried Their Best to Help Us. Local Mgmt is the One Who Let Us Down.
