Quaint country cabin nestled on the banks of the Rogue River. Beautiful, romantic scenery from cabin's deck. Quiet, peaceful, people-free surroundings in a beautiful mountain environment, facing the beautiful Rogue River, 200-feet away.
Being alone together and a part of this modern, yet primitive, riverside escape makes the viewer a part of nature. Thoughts of yesterday's work and tomorrow's obligations are completely erased from the process of enjoying and participating in the reality of this incredible scene. Every emotion is magnified by its beauty.
You will not want to miss this opportunity to share timeless moments with those you love, or if you are a fisherman, in enjoying the thrill of hooking a giant salmon or steelhead from the river. Don't miss this opportunity to rent your own little corner of heaven in this wonderful Rogue River Hideout.
We had the most amazing stay! Nancy, the owner, was an absolute joy! What a nice and professional lady! The cabin was so clean and cozy. The heater also works perfectly. We were in need of a place to stay with only a day notice and Nancy made it happen for us! I cannot say enough nice things about our stay. Plenty of clean towels and the linens and bed were clean and very comfy! There were NO hidden fees. The price quoted includes cleaning and all. The river is only a stones throw from the cabin and it is so peaceful! We will stay here again for sure and recommend it highly!
Quaint, cozy and affordable! Much better than a hotel room. Very clean. The owner was delightful to deal with. Good Old Fashion honesty and integrity at its best. The owner was very lenient on check-in and check-out times. There are NO hidden fees attached to the rental price. Merlin, Grants Pass and Galice are short drives with great hiking trails and restaurants. Rainy Falls, in Galice, is a great 2 mile hike along the rogue river and great place to watch salmon spawn in late spring. The restaurant in Merlin was excellent for breakfast. One Fifteen Broiler in Grants Pass has good food, not so good atmosphere or service.
This is a great little cabin for a peaceful, quiet getaway with easy access to the Rogue River for fishing. Again, the owner provides excellent customer service and made the experience easy and affordable!
Lovely. Very clean .Nicely decorated in knotty pine with a fishing/outdoor motif. Air conditioned. Host is very professional and helpful. Close to water and parks. Spent a lot of time on the deck with our coffee. Close to town. It was a very hot, smoky time in Grants Pass due to weather and forest fires, but it did not keep us from having a totally relaxing and enjoyable time. We will definitely stay there again. So much nicer and so much more comfortable than a hotel!
