On the top floor of the building, your apartment is perfectly located, quiet but close to a lively neighborhood, in the center of Tel Aviv, nearby Sheinkin street and Rothschild avenue.

THE APARTMENT : The apartment is flooded with light and boasts, has spacious and nicely decorated living room with a small balcony. A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal and a dinning area. The bathroom at the first level has a bathtub to relax. For your comfort, you have a separate lavatory. The bathroom at the second level is equipped with a large walk-in shower. Two bedrooms are available for a quiet and comfortable sleep. The bedroom located at the first level has two single beds that can be attached and make a queen size bed. The second bedroom, located at the second level, has a queen size bed, a closet and a small balcony. The corridor outside the room has plenty of storage and the sofas beds in the living room can accomodate three other guests. The must of this apartment : a large terrace where you can have breakfast or a drink with friends, and enjoy a stunning view of the city. You can also get some rest on the lounge chairs and watch the sun set. With this apartment you have the guarantee to have an exceptional stay in Tel Aviv !

THE NEIGHBORHOOD : Lev Ha’ir owes success to the mix of architecture styles: old, modern, dilapidated, renovated: you can find them all! Stores, restaurants, bars, and fashion boutiques: this neighborhood does not stop. On one side, there is the noisy and messy Allenby Street that still has a certain charm. There, old boutiques in which no one has entered for the last forty years stand next to trendy bars (Port Saïd, Tailor Made, Sputnik), cheap non-fashionable clothing stores and impressive historical buildings. On the other side, the Rothschild Boulevard serves as the nightlife hub but also the spot of strollers during the day. The local people come from their adjacent offices to sit at the kiosks for a quick lunch. The tourists and the walkers love to wander on the shady car-free lane of the Boulevard, surrounded by tall trees and splendid Bauhaus buildings. In the middle, there are beautiful secondary arteries (Yavne), calm and spacious streets (Balfour, Ben Tsyion, Kikar Habima) and on your way, you’ll often come across architectural surprises (Ehad Aham), only a few meters away from the animated places. Pretty flat/not well-equipped = less than perfect stay

The location of the flat was really good. Not in a Bauhaus building but close to the White City and in a lovely part of Tel Aviv. The duplex flat itself was modern and quite nice. Two comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, very modern, I suspect recently renovated, with a beautiful rooftop terrace. Not a great view, but a nice place to sit. However, I think this is an apartment that has been bought for investment and is not lived in. The furniture felt very Ikea and everything seemed very minimal. You felt like no one had really paid attention to making this place beautiful. There was no booklet of instructions (or helpful hints about the neighborhood) so we had to figure out how to work everything and where to go. The agent who met us (and kept us waiting on the street for 30 minutes) gave us a very cursory tour and did not respond to our SOS call when we couldn't figure out how to work the stove. None of the little touches -- salt and pepper, paper towels, etc -- which make a short stay so much nicer were there. The toaster was an antique that had to be plugged in in the bathroom because the outlet on the counter wasn't working. There were no coffee cups. All little problems (and there were more) , but they make the difference between a wonderful stay and an annoying one. Also, the hot water was a problem. Scalding or freezing, never really explained well to us. We stayed with another couple and we all agreed that for the price, this was not a place -- or an agency -- we would recommend.

Exceptionnel !!!

L'équipe city home est très professionnelle. L'appartement rénové était très bien aménagé.. Nous avons bénéficié d'un appartement design, calme en plein coeur de la ville! A tous les niveaux c'était parfait. Merci particulièrement à Stéphane en pour son accueil;) A recommander chaudement! Pour les amateurs d'appartements design dans la ville qui ne dort jamais.... N'hésitez plus!
