Group of 2 couples, best flat we have stayed in during our travels. Clean, spacious, as advertised. Luxurious bathrooms. Good location, close to subway. Great welcome and well looked after with arranging transfers from and to airport. Would definitely stay again and would recommend
When looking for apartments for myself, husband and two friends; apart from our main requirement like 2 bed/bathrooms etc, we look for quite specific details such as size of TV, (we watch a lot of films in the evenings) living room seating capacity (so often an apartment sleeps 4 or 6 but there is only a single 2 or 3 seat sofa) This apartment ticked all our boxes and more. High level, its clean tidy and mixes older Italian style with modern lighting and furnishings, but it also has those little details that make it even more comfortable. Here are a few simple ones that made me happy. Bedside tables with lamps (main bedroom), a table and chair in the bedrooms double as dressing tables (bliss) and coat hooks in the bedroom (as well as plenty of wardrobe and drawer capacity). Towel hooks on a heated radiator, lights above large mirrors in the bathrooms, a bonus utility room with washing machine, ironing board etc. A microwave, kettle, decent cutlery, plates etc. It seems obvious that the owner has thought about how guests will live in the space not just occupy it. It's not quite as shiny as the photos make out but not far off and there's plenty of things to love about this apartment, we loved staying here.
A very decent place with M station within 5min walk. Two big sleeping rooms with comfortable beds. Kitchen fully equipped. In fact the apartment is situated around 25min walk from Coloseum!!! I had a few fantastic morning workouts (runs) - all famous Rome places are within a running reach. Overall - a superb week off in Rome in comfortable app.
Highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rome in the near future. This was a great apartment in a great location. It's in a super neighborhood with friendly neighbors who made us feel welcome. There's nearby access to the subway allowing easy access to the entire city.
Ask for Fabio to meet you when you arrive. This guy was great... went way above and beyond the call of duty to make us comfortable and answer all our questions.
This was a fantastic experience. We cannot recommend it highly enough !!! You won't be sorry.
The apartment is located in “Circonvallazione Appia” in Appia neighbourhood, which is a very central shopping area: from clothes to jewels, from pet-shops to bookshops, from gift shops to large store.
We are about 5 min. walking distance from the station “Ponte Lungo” line A, only 4 stops to the main “Termini Station”. About 10 min. you have “Tuscolana” railway station where you can catch the train to “Fiumicino” airport (30 min.). Ciampino airport is 12 km. By Bus (87 or 628) you can easily reach: Colosseo, Piazza Venezia, Piazza Navona, Campo de' Fiori, Lungotevere, Jewish Ghetto, Circo Massimo (FAO) and Olimpico Stadium.
By Tube you can reach: San Peter, Spanish Steps, Via Veneto and Piazza del Popolo.
