A beautifully presented one bedroom apartment on the second floor of a modern stylish development overlooking the picturesque St James' Church and the surrounding church gardens. The Apartment provides light & spacious accommodation with well equipped kitchen, quality king bed, comfortable sofa bed in the living room & modern bathroom facilities. An excellent wi-fi facility & 2 new TVs (one in the bedroom and one in the living room) and DVD player are provided. The living room gives access to a larger than average decked balcony overlooking the church and grounds. The development offers a high standard finish and secure entry system with lift access to all floors. The area is very quiet and safe.

Clean, roomy, modern apartment. Furniture not my ideal but Euro modern and didn't use it much anyway. Well equipped kitchen. Shower/tub not ideal but does the job (plus I'm a shower snob). location perfect, that means five minute walk to tube stop, two minute walk to local pub with really great chefs (I was surprised and visited multiple times), less than ten minute walk to Tower Bridge and upscale riverside neighborhood. Lovely view of older church and nice park.
My wife, daughter, and I stayed in this London flat for 7 nights in August. It was great! The flat was clean and comfortable and very conveniently located. We enjoyed the fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a good-sized fridge. The washing machine was very handy to catch up on our laundry. The queen-sized bed and the queen-sized fold-out sofa bed were both very comfortable. The flat is in a quiet residential area and its balcony faces a church yard, giving it a very pleasant sense of space and fresh air. Supermarkets and the tube station are a very easy 5 minute walk away, making this flat very convenient for our stay. The owner was very responsive and attentive, and her friend Matt was very helpful checking us in and out for our stay.
The location of this property is great and overall we were comfortable. Francesca was lovely to deal with as well. However, the flat needs a paint job and a much more thorough cleaning.
Very clean and well organized flat. Minutes to tube station. Fridge, washer/dryer etc. were helpful. Decent size for 3 adults and a kid. Francesca replied email inquiries quickly. Check in/check out was smooth and easy with Matt. Definitely recommend this property.
This flat is close to a major tube station, bus stop, 3 stores, 3 pubs and a church. You have a lovely view of the church and the park. It is a nice neighborhood and we felt safe walking at night. The building is secure with a locking main entrance. The flat was clean and perfect size for 2 adults and 1 child. The kitchen had everything we needed and a full sized refrigerator. It is minutes to the Tower Bridge and the river. There is a washer dryer, but we used the launderette just a short walk away because we had a lot to wash at once. The couch has a pull out bed that was actually comfortable. I highly recommend this property. The booking was easy, owner was very responsive and friendly. Her property manager was also very welcoming and helpful.
Everything about this apartment worked for us. Francesca was prompt in communicating by email beforehand, and her friend, Matt, who met us at the apartment was early, friendly and helpful. There is no reason to be apprehensive about this flat. It is exactly as described. We were so happy we stayed in south London instead of north, as the neighborhood was quiet and family friendly. The flat is across the street from the churchyard, which provides a fresh, green view, and wonderful air circulation. The flat was well appointed, had everything we needed, and the bed was very comfortable. The tube's Jubilee line is a couple of blocks away, and was easy to use, and brought us to the British Museum, V&A, Natural History Museum, Parliament, the theater district, and other attractions easily and quickly. We didn't find a lot of restaurants close to the apartment, but we walked along Tooley Street to the Thames, and there were plenty there, or we ate in central London. The flat is secure and clean, the customer service was fine, and we would gladly stay here again or recommend it to a friend.

Borough Market, London Bridge tube and train mainline station is 10 min walk from the Apartment.
Attractions in the area are The Jubilee Walkway and the Thames Riverside Path that are designed to connect the majority of London's famous landmarks such as The Tower of London, Southwark Cathedral,The Tate Modern, Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre - all within walking distance of the apartment and the beautiful Southwark Park just 4 min walk from the Apartment.
Walk to Tower Bridge and take a relaxing cruise to the imposing Houses of Parliament at Westminster passing by Embankment or the Royal Naval College and Observatory at Greenwich.
