My husband and I always wanted a home at the Jersey Shore. In 1999 we had the opportunity to purchase a condo in Ocean City N.J. We were unable to stay in the home as we needed to rent it to pay its mortgage. So that is what we did for a year or so. We would drive down and check on it every month and if we went to the shore for the day we would always drive back home because we did not have a place or could afford a place to stay. In 2001 the market went crazy and we were offer double for what we paid for this condo it we would sell it. We thought about it and then we said SELL. We took the money that we made and bought 2 homes both in Ocean City, We rented both of them and sold one 2 years later and bought a home in Wildwood Crest, We did this buying and selling for some time and purchased over 17 home in the Jersey Shore. We than decided we did not want any more condo's or townhomes we wanted to own the ground and purchase older charming homes. So in 2004, we bought our lovely 1906 6 br home on 19 th ave in North Wildwood, 2005 we bought our 13 br home on 20 th ave, 2006 we bought our single family on 22nd ave and in 2007 we bought the beautiful brick and br guest cottage on Taylor ave in Wildwood. It has been a real blessing to have been in the right place at the right time. God surely has blessed us that is for sure. We have beautiful well maintained homes that always have a renovation each year. We have many repeat guests that have been coming back to the same home for years and years. We pride ourself in large family vacations home and pay close attention to every detail of the home and the grounds while providing our guests with all the comforts of home. We hope you will find a home to suit you and your families needs. Thank you!

Most families rent all 3 units giving them room for all the family Total of 13 br 6 baths sleeping 34 is a RARE FIND in the Wildwoods. In addtion each year we upgrade and or renovate on or more rooms of the homes. Most guests are repeats and are very excited to return to see what is new this year. This home is very spacious and well maintained. Has a large wrap around front porch where 16 can dine as it is equipped with bistro tables and rockers as well. This is a must do home for sure. you will LOVE this home for sure!!!
We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home in North Wildwood while gathering for a family wedding. The house accommodated our large group with the spacious kitchen and many bedrooms. We were able to comfortably fit with everyone having their private space and bathrooms. The dining room was a perfect size so we could gather to play games and eat our meals. Everything about the home was perfect! Anything you could think of was available in the house. The porch and the outdoor space was enjoyable as well. We will definitely be back for family gatherings in the future!
This house is absolutely beautiful! We stayed here for a long weekend in December 2015 & March 2016 for cheerleading competitions. The home is very spacious and has every amenity that was needed. It is wonderfully decorated and would definitely recommend this property to friends. The owner, Deb, is very friendly and accommodating.
Our wrestling club stayed in this beautiful home over a long weekend in February for the Wildwood duals. We could not have been happier! It was spacious and clean with everything we needed. We enjoyed the comforts of home only blocks from the convention center, which was very convenient considering the wrestling schedule that weekend. Deb, the owner, went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed and worked with us to secure the property for our large group. We look forward to many more years of her hospitality for this event. I can only imagine how beautiful the location must be in the summer! Truly an enjoyable experience.
We had family reunion of 13 people a couple of weeks ago and rented this beautiful house, which is walking distance from the beach. We really enjoyed our stay. The place is clean and comfortable. My family are impressed with the house. The owner, Deb, is pleasant to work and is very accommodating . Highly recommended!
The home is beautiful! Plenty of living space to fit a lager group of people! We are 16 family/bagpipe and drum band and have enjoyed the past four years celebrating Irish weekend. Close to everything; front porch is accommodating ad restful after parade festivities- the living room, kitchen and dining room are a large open space to accommodate many. The bedrooms are comfortable, clean and large. We hope to enjoy our stay for many years to come.
This was a beautiful house with an amazing floor plan. We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again. There was plenty of room for the seven couples in my family/friends and we didn't feel on top of each other at all. It was so spacious and comfortable. We rent houses every year and this is one of the nicest we have stayed in. Even though we stayed in the winter the town was nice to walk/run around.
