Why Mirna Cota chose Todos Santos
Be on the edge of the best of both worlds - beautiful views of town and surrounding mountains. Close to nature, yet close to the action. Within walking distance to many destination restaurants and bars, shopping, art galleries, historic architecture and culture. An experience you won´t forget! Wake to birds singing, a coffee on your private porch, then hike down the ridge for a stroll on the beach. Come back for a nice shower, then head into town for some of the best restaurants on the Baja peninsula! Or enjoy the historic setting and culture of the quaint little town. Everything is at your finger tips.
What makes this House unique
Feel on top of the world! Views of town and the surrounding mountains give a sense of open space and solitude. A walk of 100 feet to the top of the hill gives you a view of the ocean and sunset. A 20 minute walk further down the ridge from the house takes you to fishermen's beach. A 10 minute walk takes you to the center of town with all it's amenities. A special spot between the activities of town and yet close to the outdoors.

Week over Xmas
Great location and very nice hosts. The house is sparse but adequate. The hot water situation is a drawback. Only get about 7 minutes with each usage.
excellent beds, very clean, there were many extras that showed, the owner went beyond requirements.
i will recommend the place to my friends and I am sure I will come again myself.
Private, very adequate. A great experience. I would come back!
The casita is perched on an east-facing hillside overlooking the town and the mountains beyond. It is located at the end of the road on the western edge of a tranquil neighborhood. It is private with a fenced yard and secure off-street parking.
West of the casita is wild land with no houses. You can walk up the hill to the top of the ridge and then down to the beach. Lots of great wild places to walk right out the door.
The casita has nice screened windows on all four walls. The windows easily slide to open for air circulation. There are ceiling fans in all the rooms. Both bedrooms (a single and a double) have air conditioners.
The furnishings are simple and adequate. The place is really clean. The bed was very comfortable.
The kitchen is nice with new appliances and plenty of counter space. Double sink, dish drainer, cutting board, big nice stove with an oven, plenty of pots and pans and service ware. New, very nice refrigerator/freezer. Nice coffee maker and a waffle iron. No microwave oven.
The water pressure is good. I was provided with a new 5-gallon drinking water dispenser with a simple hand-operated pump.
Right out the front door, there's a covered patio with a comfortable hammock and a table with chairs. A couple of mango trees in the small, fenced yard of the casita.
The WIFI was very adequate to my needs.
The hosts' house is right across the driveway, but the casita is quite private. The hosts were wonderful; they were clearly available if anything was needed, but they left me alone. The place feels very safe. It was perfect for me as a solitary traveler and it would be good for a couple as well.
Cute rental in central neighborhood overlooking town
Fantastic owners - helpful when we needed something otherwise left us to our privacy. On dead end road at top of hill - short easy walk down to beach or shops and restaurants. Fabulous value.
Lovely stay at Casa De La Vista Panoramica
We had a lovely stay here and would recommend it to other people. The house was just as described and we were delighted to see the beautiful concrete counter tops and floors, which made it easy to keep clean. It was not only very clean but our hosts kindly provided a large container of bottled water so we wouldn't have to buy it in town and basic cooking supplies (pots, pans, oils, spices, etc...) so we cooked our own meals at least once a day. We were new to the area and got in by bus a bit later than expected and they offered to pick us up at the bus station. It was a very nice beginning to what turned out to be a great stay with Luis and Mirna. From their property up above town, it is just as we were told, about a mile to town and about a 20 min walk over the hill (in the other direction) to the beach. We could wake up and walk out the door and see whales within minutes of the walk to the beach! We also drove to several other beaches in the area while getting to know Todos Santos, including one with a turtle reserve, one in Pescadero and another in between where people were surfing, fishing and enjoying other water activities. The people in Todos Santos were also warm and welcoming. There are many great restaurants including Miguels, Landis and Bahia(?). Some of the higher end restaurants were somewhat expensive but also delicious!
Hello Kevin and Andrea., It was a pleasure for us to have visited us in our house and our beloved town. Regards!!!!
The casa is located on a ridge top above town, where you can access downtown within blocks or go over the other side of the ridge to the beach. A 20 minute walk will take you to Fishermen's beach, where you can stroll and watch the fishing boats come in with the day's catch. You can even purchase fish directly from them and bring it home to cook it up!
A must-do activity is to watch, and maybe help release newly hatched baby sea turtles to the sea. A moving experience.
Watching the whales migrate in the winter is another favorite past time. Go up the hill behind the house 50 steps and sit and watch.
Learn to surf at Los Cerritos beach, a few miles south of town.
Just blocks from town, you can go art gallery hopping and check out the old architecture.
