This two bedroom (King and Twins) and a sleeper sofa, two bath condominium is located in the popular (and desirable!) South Beach area of Marco Island. The beach stretch to the North for 3 miles. Amenities such as heated swimming pools, jacuzzi spas and tennis courts are all there. Restaurants as close as next door. Professionally decorated with all new appliances designer furniture, pictures, etc. - VERY NICE!

We loved the beach front unit with all the things you would want in a true paradise and owner was very easy to work with. Happy that we chose this as it was very clean and well equipped.

Wonderful family vacation!

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at Marco Island. We found unit as described on VRBO. . When we arrived unit was clean and well stocked with supplies in the kitchen. Also, the use of the beach towels and chairs made things much easier. Loved the extra large balcony. Jerry (owner) was very fast at responding to our initial request and very helpful on information on the area. We would love to visit again. Thank you!

Great place to stay!

This condo was clean, in a great location, with great views. All the beds were comfy, even the sleeper sofa in the living room. The property had a very nice heated pool, as well as a hot tub. There were plenty of beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach toys, and beach towels as well. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishware, flatware, etc. There were plenty of bed sheets and towels. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, which is super convenient. The property is very secure, with no off the street entrance into the condos. It could use some updates - but was totally adequate. Lovely balcony. Owners just got new appliances and balcony furniture. Very nice HD flatscreen tv in living room. Looking forward to returning next year!

Near Perfection

This was our 3rd trip to Marco and first time in this unit. We would definitely return. We were pleased with the cleanliness, view and comfort. Sitting on the balcony watching the storms over the ocean was a favorite once the kids went to sleep. Access to the beach is as easy as it gets. We enjoyed dinner at Snook Inn, Winn-Dixie is down the street for groceries, but we spent most of time soaking up the sun at the pool or beach and enjoying the endless amount of ocean views. We appreciated having beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys available for our us. We will recommend your unit and look forward to another visit to Marco in the future.

Fantastic Location!

We went to Marco Island for our first time during March Break with our two children aged 12 & 15. Right from our first inquiry Jerry was very helpful and answered many questions we had. The property was fantastic and was exactly as described. You could not have asked for a better location and view. The apartment had all the necessary amenities including beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys. Two bathrooms were very convenient. The apartment is in need of some updates but was clean and comfortable. We did not spend much time inside as there were many perfect beach days and excursions on and off the island. There are fabulous restaurants and shops within walking distance and plenty more a short drive away. The location had fantastic beach front and was never crowded or noisy. We saw dolphins every morning from the balcony and every afternoon from the beach. We will definitely return to Marco Island and this property in the future.
