After completing a full renovation on the 2nd floor of the Jones Building in 2018, we are excited to offer you four industrial style suites in Metropolis, IL.
Constructed in 1908, “The Jones Building” was a former office complex. The old wooden staircase has seen a lot of traffic leading to everything from a dentist office, insurance agency and a three generation law firm. Just to name a few. This space has been revitalized and allowed to thrive again. “The Jones” is ready to welcome you to the home of Superman!
Step out of the door and you are already at the giant 15 ft. tall Superman Statue and Super Museum. Within walking distance to all of the downtown shops and restaurants.

Couldn't be better!

The spacious apartment is both beautifully furnished and ideally functional, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Every room in the apartment is immaculately designed and equipped with everything one needs; and the "Superman" theme, which wends through every room, is a wonderful touch. The apartment building is perfectly situated at the heart of town, with many of the local attractions immediately accessible by foot. The owners could not have been more kind and helpful to me, from the moment I booked my stay to the moment I left Metropolis. I thank them for making my visit so memorable, and I give their property my unreserved and enthusiastic recommendation.

Great place in an historic building

The rental was just as advertised. We were there for 3 nights and were very happy with the accommodations. We didn’t do any cooking just came in late evening and left early morning. We would definitely stay here again.
